Hogan and Punk heat

There is a little backstage heat going on right now between Hulk Hogan and CM Punk, and it has nothing to do with professional wrestling. The two have exchanged some words due to comments that Hogan made about the Chicago Blackhawks, the hockey team that Punk is fanatical about. The tension isn't really all that serious.

Sting

Luke Gallows on TNA

Since he is no longer with the company, the internet wrestling community expects Luke Gallows to have nothing but bad things to say about his stint in TNA. However, he did quite the opposite during a recent interview when asked how he felt about his time in the company. Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania 32

As long as there are people out there who are gullible enough to believe everything that he says, Hulk Hogan will forever be telling us that he wants to wrestle once again. This time, he told ESPN that he wanted to work a match at Wrestlemania 32 because he knows that the pay per view event is going to beat the attendance record that he set back in 1987. Hogan loves being able to generate attention for WWE because it gets him paid.

Hulk Hogan in Expendables

Long known as someone that can easily generate a buzz with the fans, Hulk Hogan is at it again. This time, he is telling the world that he has been in negotiations with Sylvester Stallone to play a big villain in the upcoming Expendables movie. There may be some merit to the story because Stallone did cast Hogan in a Rocky film early on in his wrestling career. The movie series has grown stagnant, so they need something big to happen.

Scott Steiner

Steiner challenging Hogan

Earlier in the week, Scott Steiner challenged Hulk Hogan to show up at Legends of Wrestling and try to body slam him, a feat that he was willing to pay $1 million. Well, to avoid being caught up in any legal issues, the promoter of the event has released a public statement. In it, he states that his company has nothing to do with the challenge or the video. He said that was something Steiner did on his own. He reiterated that Hogan is not a part of the show.

Steiner challenges Hogan

In a rather interesting development, Scott Steiner has challenged Hulk Hogan to come to the Legends of Wrestling event on June 7, 2015 in New York. Steiner states that Hogan's biggest claim to fame is body slamming Andre the Giant at Wrestlemania decades ago. He is putting up a million dollars out of his own pocket to say that Hogan cannot body slam him now. Of course, Steiner also threatened to attack Hogan if he does show up in the ring.

WWE inducting Brutus Beefcake

Even though he is just as qualified as some of the performers that have already been inducted, do not expect to see Brutus Beefcake being thrown into the hall of fame by WWE any time soon. He has had quite a few controversial incidents over the years. Plus, the former Intercontinental Champion has backstage heat with Hulk Hogan. Considering the fact that the company wants to keep a business relationship with Hogan, the induction will not happen.
