ABC News has now reported the cause of death for Perro Aguayo, a huge wrestling star in Mexico. It has now been revealed that he suffered three fractured vertebrae during the match. There are still conflicting reports, however, on when he actually died. Some are saying that he passed away while still in the arena, while others are saying that he still had vital signs at the hospital. An investigation into the incident is still ongoing.

Luke Williams revealed some troubling news about his longtime partner Butch Miller during a interview this week. He stated that his Bushwhackers partner would have died in 2002 if he had not found him in time. Williams also stated that Miller was in the hospital for three months, including nearly two weeks in ICU. He also noted that Miller had his hips taken out during that time and did not receive a replacement on until a decade later.

Earlier this week, reports surfaced that Homicide needed surgery for a torn rotator cuff and that he would need to leave TNA while recovering. It appears that the company is going to try to help him out financially. The former LAX member recently contacted management about his situation, and they agreed to allow him to work a few dates to make the money necessary to pay for the hospital stay. He worked Impact Wrestling this week.

There are those that are under the impression that Diamond Dallas Page ended up in the hospital because he participated in the Royal Rumble match this year. That is not the case. The former WCW star stated that fans should not blame WWE for the incident because the injury started well before that pay per view. Doctors have informed DDP that his short participation in the match did not do any additional damage to his injured throat.

Some good news for Diamond Dallas Page. He is being allowed to check out of the hospital for a couple off days. However, the former WCW World Heavyweight Champion is being advised to not talk or scream during the next couple of days. DDP is scheduled to head back into the hospital for surgery on Thursday or Friday, where doctors will attempt to repair his issues with Subglottic Tracheitis. No word yet on how long the recovery period will be.

The former WCW World Heavyweight Champion was not able to breathe because his vocal cords had somehow become connected. DDP revealed that there was absolutely no space in between them. An interesting little segment took place during Total Divas this week. Nikki Bella and Brie Bella took the time to go visit Eva Marie in the hospital, where the twins each caressed Eva's breasts to see the difference. During the visit, Brie noticed that Nikki was not wearing underwear, which is especially weird during a hospital visit. The idea here is to showcase just how different the sisters are from one another, even though they are twins.

Many immediately believed that the move was done in response to his recent hospital stay for diverticulitis. However, reports are surfacing that management has long been wanting to do this move. They simply could not do it because of the public reaction to his heart attack.

In a surprising bit of news, Jerry Lawler has now been permanently removed as the color commentator of Monday Night Raw. Many had been under the impression that his absence was temporary and that he would return once he recovered from his stay at the hospital. However, WWE opted to make the switch to Booker T a permanent one. Lawler will still be working for the company, but as a commentator on Smackdown.

After spending almost a week in the hospital, Jerry Lawler has been released. The legendary commentator had been sideline by a case of diverticulitis. He was actually released on the same day as Monday Night Raw, but he was not healthy enough to make it to the show. WWE is giving him some more time away from the commentating booth. Word has it that Lawler is expected to miss at least another episode before returning.
