The television rating and viewership for the episode only increased slightly, which is a disappointment.

Nash felt that management did not have enough respect for him.

Austin feels that Hayes should have been inducted when the pay per view was in Georgia. He thinks that Dallas would be a suitable place because of the history that Hayes and the Von Erich family created in that region.
