Brie Bella
To further their story line, WWE has revealed that Stephanie McMahon has invited Brie Bella to make an appearance on the next episode of Monday Night Raw. This should move them closer to the long rumored match at Summerslam 2014. The belief is that this also gives the company an opportunity to showcase Daniel Bryan and capitalize on the fame that he recently picked up by detaining a burglar.
July 28, 2014
Justin Gabriel
While he is a reliable performer who does not cause trouble backstage, Justin Gabriel was one of the candidates to be on the receiving end of a release from WWE when the company was doing budget cuts. He apparently has survived the cuts and will remain with the company for the time being. It is interesting to note that Gabriel has not been utilized on Monday Night Raw since last September.
July 27, 2014
Sheamus
Those that watched Monday Night Raw this week may have noticed that Sheamus was not in attendance. The former WWE champion will also not be appearing on the next episode of Smackdown, either. That's because the Irish star has been taken off of the road due to a severe flu. The illness is probably quite bad since Sheamus has been known to work through injuries before.
July 24, 2014
Triple H
On Monday Night Raw, Triple H cut a promo that took a jab at wrestling fans online. Some more details have been revealed now. The segment was in response to what HHH saw online from fans who complained about WWE Battleground 2014 being a sub par show. It has been said on multiple occasions that he hates fans who think they know how the business works.
July 24, 2014
Jim Ross
Even though he has not been with the company for quite a few months now, Jim Ross was actually under contract to WWE. Until today, that is. The legendary commentator revealed to fans through social media that his contract officially came to an end this week. While Ross has stated before that he would love to be the lead commentator for Monday Night Raw again, it does not appear that Vince McMahon is interested in that.
July 23, 2014
Brock Lesnar
For those of you that missed Monday Night Raw this week, Brock Lesnar made his much anticipated return to WWE and challenged John Cena at Summerslam 2014 for the world heavyweight championship. The story is that Paul Heyman convinced Triple H to go with Plan C because it was the best chance at getting the strap away from Cena.
July 22, 2014
Alexander Rusev
Rumors are floating around right now that WWE has decided to drop the story line involving Zeb Colter, Jack Swagger, Alexander Rusev and Lana. The belief is that the company changed their minds after seeing the backlash from the media and the fans over the controversial promo that Lana cut at the pay per view. WWE did not let her do much talking on Monday Night Raw this week.
July 22, 2014
Big E Langston
Xavier Woods formed a stable with Kofi Kingston and Big E Langston on Monday Night Raw this week, and that has led WWE fans to speculate online about other potential members. R Truth has long been rumored to be joining the group, as he had an on screen partnership with Woods in the past. There is also a chance that WWE may simply opt to keep it a three man stable.
July 22, 2014
Big E Langston
On Monday Night Raw this week, Xavier Woods, who is only used sporadically on television by WWE, made a surprising appearance after a tag team match featuring Curtis Axel, Ryback, Kofi Kingston and Big E Langston. He cut a quick promo about how Kingston and Langston cannot get very far in WWE by being nice guys. This is the start of the long rumored stable, which has already been compared to the Nation of Domination by fans online.
July 22, 2014
Bray Wyatt
During Monday Night Raw, a segment aired where Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan attacked Chris Jericho in the locker room. That was actually a trick by WWE, as the footage was filmed at the pay per view on Sunday night. Jericho had actually hopped on a flight to Los Angeles on Monday morning, so that he can begin promotional work for the new Fozzy album.
July 22, 2014
Brie Bella
For those that missed Monday Night Raw, WWE did a story where Stephanie McMahon was arrested during the show because she assaulted Brie Bella, who happened to be sitting in the front row as a fan. The segment generated a huge ovation from the audience, and it was a major topic of discussion online. This is designed to lead to a big match between Stephanie and Brie at Summerslam 2014.
July 22, 2014
John Cena
After successfully retaining the heavyweight championship at WWE Battleground 2014, many would expect John Cena to be at Monday Night Raw for some sort of victory promo. However, the popular performer hopped on a plane Monday morning in Tampa to head to New York City. Cena is filming some scenes for an upcoming movie and will not be at Raw.
July 21, 2014
Ric Flair
While Ric Flair made his much anticipated return to Monday Night Raw this past week, WWE reportedly has no plans for the former world heavyweight champion. He was supposed to make another random appearance on Smackdown, but that was changed at the last minute due to the script being completely reworked. Flair will sporadically be making appearances for WWE heading into Summerslam 2014.
July 19, 2014
Bray Wyatt
While wrestling fans online are downplaying the incident, WWE is a bit concerned that fans in attendance at the last episode of Monday Night Raw were bored with Bray Wyatt during his segment with Chris Jericho. The chants came as a bit of a surprise to management, as they felt that Wyatt was one of their more popular performers. There were concerns that he would lose interests from some fans once his program with John Cena ended.
July 17, 2014
John Cena
Rumors are floating around that the segment on Monday Night Raw between John Cena and Ric Flair was a subtle way for WWE to retire the world heavyweight championship belt. For those that missed it, Cena handed the belt over to Flair and told the legendary performer to keep it. WWE has not released an official statement on the matter yet, so fans will be tuning in to Smackdown and WWE Battleground 2014 to see the fate of the belt.
July 15, 2014
Dean Ambrose
During the main event of Monday Night Raw this week, it appeared that Seth Rollins injured his knee during an interaction with Roman Reigns. Rumors are floating around now that he is actually fine and was just selling the move. However, there are reports that WWE is simply downplaying things, so that fans will continue to be hyped for his upcoming match against Dean Ambrose. Fans in attendance noted that the referee did indeed signal the medical crew backstage when the incident happened.
July 15, 2014
Bray Wyatt
It looks like WWE has changed their minds and will not be doing a quick feud between Miz and Chris Jericho after all. The former world champions were penciled for a brief program together, and the seeds were even planted when both made their returns simultaneously on Monday Night Raw a couple of weeks ago. Miz is now being paired up with Sheamus, while Jericho was moved immediately into a feud with Bray Wyatt.
July 15, 2014
Sting
As many of you saw on Monday Night Raw this week, a commercial aired for Sting on the upcoming WWE 2K15 video game. In a sign of how much the companies are banking on his marketing appeal, reports are surfacing that 2K paid approximately $200,000 to produce that video. The game had been receiving negative reviews from customers over the last couple of years, so the hope is that the inclusion of Sting can help to alleviate some of that.
July 15, 2014
Antonio Cesaro
A lot of wrestling fans were a bit confused on Monday Night Raw this week when it was revealed that Paul Heyman and Antonio Cesaro are no longer together. The reason for the abrupt split is because WWE wants Heyman to be associated only with Brock Lesnar, who is rumored to be returning as soon as the night after WWE Battleground 2014. The former UFC champion is rumored to be on the receiving end of a huge push in the coming months.
July 15, 2014
Adam Rose
Rumors are floating around right now that Adam Rose is expected to replace Santino Marella as the comedy routine on Monday Night Raw and Smackdown. However, those reporting on the speculation are failing to remember that Damien Sandow actually owns that role in WWE at the moment. Management is still not sold on Rose, so the chances of him being moved above Sandow isn't very high at the moment.

When Seiya Sanada first joined TNA, the belief was that he was only temporarily here in the United States to boost his credibility with fans in Japan. It's going to be a busy day at the Korakuen Hall on October 12th. Dixie Carter and the Great Muta are not the only people hosting a wrestling pay per view at that venue. Dixie Carter
The announcement by Dixie Carter and Great Muta turned out to be much bigger than initially expected. Tajiri
Earlier this week, Tajiri and the Great Muta had a joint press conference to announce that Wrestling New Classic, which was ran by Tajiri, was folding and that the performers would be joining Wrestle-1, which is owned by Muta. June 24, 2014
Great Muta
While WWE did not feel that he was good enough for the main roster, Yoshi Tatsu still has a couple of suitors left in the industry. Shortly after his contract release, the Japanese star was contacted by All Japan Pro Wrestling and Wrestle-1, which is owned by the Great Muta, about returning to his home country. Rumors are floating around that Tatsu would prefer to stay in the United States, so he may explore his options here first before making a decision to return home.

Great Muta
With more people in the United States now aware that the Great Muta owns a wrestling promotion called Wrestle-1, many have started wondering about the net worth of the Japanese legend.
