Wrestle-1 ran a live event this week, and a couple of TNA stars were on hand for the show. Rockstar Spud, Ethan Carter, Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards were all sent to Japan by Dixie Carter to participate. Great Muta even teamed up with Spud and Carter in a match. The belief is that we will be seeing more talent exchange situations between the two companies for the foreseeable future.

You can expect to see more of Seiya Sanada on Impact Wrestling over the next few months. The former TNA X Division Champion has decided to sign another contract with Dixie Carter that will ensure that he remains in the United States until at least the end of the year. Sanada also has a deal with the Great Muta, so he will be venturing back overseas for tours with Wrestle-1 as well. The rumored deal has been finalized.

Some thought the two were just going to reveal that more Japanese wrestlers were coming to the states to work TNA shows. However, the two shocked the wrestling world by announcing that Bound For Glory 2014 will be taking place in Japan. Muta is expected to play a big part in setting everything up for TNA over in Tokyo.

Earlier this week, Tajiri and the Great Muta had a joint press conference to announce that Wrestling New Classic, which was ran by Tajiri, was folding and that the performers would be joining Wrestle-1, which is owned by Muta. The move enables Wrestle-1 to have a much deeper roster, while making it easier for the former Wrestling New Classic guys to find immediate work.

Shortly after his contract release, the Japanese star was contacted by All Japan Pro Wrestling and Wrestle-1, which is owned by the Great Muta, about returning to his home country. Rumors are floating around that Tatsu would prefer to stay in the United States, so he may explore his options here first before making a decision to return home.
