Goldust

Rusev push

Fans who put too much emphasis on winning and losing are under the belief that this is the end of the road for Rusev because he was buried by John Cena at Wrestlemania. As Jim Ross has repeatedly tried to explain, that's not how things work in professional wrestling. WWE is already building the Russian sympathizer back up. He was given a squash match against Goldust on Monday Night Raw, and a winning streak is expected to follow.

WWE changed up the script again, and it looks like Cody Rhodes will be in the ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship instead. Goldust has yet to be added, but there is a good chance that he will be because he teased a title chase on social media earlier in the week. Time constraint could be a possible reason for erasing the rematch.
