He stated that he has been training since September and that GLORY Kickboxing has already expressed interest. This is the same promotion that tried to arrange for him to do an exhibition fight with Alberto Del Rio, who suffered an injury.

You can rule out at least one potential second generation wrestler joining WWE. Goldberg told TMZ during an interview that he would never allow his son to work for the company. He stated that he purchase a wrestling promotion and have his son work there than to ever allow him to work in a company ran by Vince McMahon and Triple H. Irregardless, though, it appears that the 8 year old boy is leaning more towards an MMA career.

Better late than never. Goldberg has long been fascinated with the world of MMA. He even trains regularly for it. While his chance of ever signing a contract with UFC is close to none, the former WCW star might still get his chance for a professional fight. He as recently been talking with GLORY World Series. The promotion asked if the 48 year old was interested in taking on a fight, and he instructed them to contact his people to negotiate.
