Wahoo McDaniel, Dick Slater, Tommy Rich and Andre the Giant were drinking at a bar in Tampa one night, when a person pulled out a knife. That prompted McDaniel to pull out a gun. The fun moved to the parking lot, where McDaniel started hitting the guy in the face with the gun. During one of the strikes, the gun accidentally was fired and the bullet nailed Slater in the leg.
