Last week on SmackDown, Batista attacked Matt Hardy after Matt tried to talk some sense into Batista about turning on Rey Mysterio. The two will face each other in the main event.

Also on this week's show:

• Chris Jericho and The Big Show prepare for the triple threat match they are involved in for the World Heavyweight Championship with The Undertaker at Survivor Series.
• Will CM Punk continue his punishment towards Referee Scott Armstrong after beating him last week in a match?

I liked how Morrison sold the rib injury, I also like it when teams get a win like Ziggler and The Hart Dynasty did and is unstrapping a mask supposed to mean you're tough now?

Got to hear the new intro with Divide the Day...good stuff man for once Smackdown has a better opening.

Ahahahahahahaha, people brainlessly call Smackdown the best show WWE has, look at these discussion threads, they get smaller and smaller every week, sometimes we almost forget to make them in the first place.

I like Striker at all, but he has zero chemistry with either Grisham or Matthews, I hope he gets to pair with JR for a couple of weeks to see how they get along

I disagree with you on that, I like Striker and Grisham.

But I also can't stand Jim "mushmouth" Ross

They're horrible together Bakerface, I'm watching the show now, Striker says something clever, Grisham doesn't think of anything, Grisham says generic things and expects Striker to come up with something. I don't mind them as individuals, they just don't get along together

But I don't think JR would make it any better.

He'd jsut mumble around and be slower than Todd.

They were getting pretty good together when WWE decided to move Todd to SD, so maybe with some time they'll be able to build up a report again

I'm so happy Matt Hardy didn't lose. He actually gave Batista a good match.
