  • John Cena defeated Mick Foley, Bobby Lashley, Randy Orton, and Booker T to retain the WWE Heavyweight Championship.

Closing Thoughts

Always interesting to look back. Three of the guys in the main event are now in TNA. This was also the pay per view where Chris Benoit was supposed to have wrestled against CM Punk.

And according to Wikipedia he was scheduled to win the ECW title also.

It was pretty pathetic that they couldn't come up with a tag team challenger for Deuce & Domino, so they turned to former wrestlers.

Wow this is bad. the sad thing is for raw's main event at the pay per view is that three of the superstars (Booby Lashley, Booker T, and Mick Foley) went to TNA

No, what's bad is that 13 of those wrestlers don't work for WWE anymore, 1 of the titles doesn't exist anymore, Edge vs Batista was the WHC match 2 years in a row, and Orton and Cena are still in the main event.

I need to start watching TNA again, there getting alot of cool people and using them like they were suppose to be used in WWE, WWE needs to bring back some attitude and stop this family friendly crap.
