![]() Would TNA be the Same: What would TNA look like had Gail Kim and Christian not left? Would the MEM storyline have been the same? Bette or Worse? Would AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Matt Morgan, Eric Young and Hernandez all have been elevated to the same level? Had Gail Kim not left would Angelina Love still recieved her push? Would we be seeing ODB as champ? Would Hulk Hogan still have been signed? Did the fact that these two left, impact TNA (No pun intended) in a good or bad way? Would the product being shown right now, be better or worse? Discuss: -If Christian stayed would TNA's singles division have been better? -Would we have AJ Styles as champ? -Would we have had the large push of Matt Morgan, Eric Young, Samoa Joe, Hernandez, and now Daniels? -Would the knockouts division have been better with Gail Kim? -Would ODB and previously Angelina Love have soared up the knockouts list? -Would we be seeing the Tag Division still?

Gail Kim leaving meant nothing to TNA. She was already demoted from her alpha KO spot by Awesome Kong.
Angelina Love would've gotten her shot regardless. OBD would've gotten her turn as well. Christian is a little more tricky because they were setting it up where he'd end up being the front man of the front line and possibly having TNA launch him into mega star status. Him leaving destroyed the front line concept, so a lot of things had to be changed. As far as those other guys being elevated, they still would've been. TNA grooms and grooms and grooms and a lot of those names were already in the process of being tweaked and sent forward. If anything, it would've happened faster because TNA would've had another major player who could actually work TNA style matches and sell programs with his awesome mic work. The Hogan signing has nothing to do with the wrestlers in that way. That decision was made by the people at the top of the food chain.

I agree with Shiki here. I think Gail Kim was done as the alpha female regardless of if she left or not. I believe The Beautiful people would still have gotten the push they got. Look at all the talent TNA brought in the KO divison. You have Sarita, Hamada, Alyssa Flash. Then there were the mainstays like ODB, Kong and Taylor Wilde.
I have always been hot and cold with Christian. His first run in WWE when he was a tag team with Edge I loved that gimmick, there were some awesome feuds with the Hardys and the Dudleys. As a singles wrestler in his stints with the WWE I seriously think he is being misused. I was really starting to like him when he was with TNA and had he stayed I think he would have been the head guy of the Front Line and he possibly could have regained the gold at some point but the Evil Empire was able to lure him back. As far as the other guys go, I believe they would have gotten the push no matter what. Imean they had to start grooming people for when the MEM broke up and the retirements of some of those guys finally happened. As far as Hogan goes I dont even think that was on the radar back then. I think that was something that came about pretty quick and TNA jumped all over like a fat guy on a buffet table(hope i didnt offend anyone with that).. |

People leaving a company isn't always a bad thing. Remember when everyone left for WCW? That's when all of the new stars were created in WWE.
