I think it's great what they're doing with Kofi and I am glad to see this push but, I just think about why MVP hasn't had this chance yet and it makes me wanna .

I must not be thinking logically somewhere I guess.

Kofi is a lot younger and WWE is pushing younger superstars, but I honestly don't think Kofi is the right person to push. There is a lot more talent even lower down the cards.

Name another talent lower down on the Raw roster who's more over, credible, or exciting. I dare you.

And don't give any weak answers. Nobody is hotter on the face side than Kofi.

MVP crossed management last year, and that's why he hasn't been sent forward. He's got to rebuild the trust he once had with the WWE higher ups.

It could easily have the other result as well.

If Kofi skyrockets and becomes a perennial main event star. WWE may not see the need for another one, at least not on the RAW brand as it's constructed right now.

They need to build up a secondary heel on Raw behind Orton. That spot is wide open.

I see Kofi's push somewhat like Jeff Hardy's. He's gonna get a match with Orton and he should loose. But remember Royal Rumble 2008 Hardy v. Orton. Orton won, but he by the skin of his teeth, it should be like that. After that match Hardy looked like he could hang with anybody it wasn't just "Oh it Jeff Hardy so he'll loose." He had credibility, Kofi needs that, and Orton will give it to him.

I think they should turn MVP heel again but thats just me.
