Aside from dropping the Jamaican accent, the ring announcer now announces Kofi from Ghana, West Africa.
I can see a new theme song coming out soon too...I guess the Jamaican wrestler Kofi is gone, but this new edge he's given works pretty well.

This new angle they've taken with him has made me a fan. I wasn't too high on him before but now I'm starting to like what he's doing, this is mainly due to his new found min skills.

I have to admit I did not like him one bit with the Jafakin accent and wasn't about to take him seriously with all the smiling and such.. now with the darker demeanor and no accent - I can stomach watching him.

He just needs to keep up what he's doing and he can make his high spot permanent. I've always been a fan of Kofi but always had doubts of how far he was going to go in WWE. Now he's impressing the hell out of me and everyone else.
Though I honestly don't see where else he can go besides the title picture after his feud with Orton (if they are still intent on pushing him) since he's about as high as he can go right now as a face without holding the World title. And his theme is just fine to me.

Keep doing what he's doing? Nope. He needs to do more. He's just barely showing us what he can do. If he wants to be a top level main event for years to come, then he's going to have to keep showing more.
