![]() Forrest Griffin To Fight Tito Ortiz A new opponent for Tito Ortiz at UFC 106 has been named. Forrest Griffin will step into the octagon to take on the Huntington Beach Bad Boy on November 21, 2009. The event will take place at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. A replacement was named because Mark Coleman, who returned to UFC last year, was forced to back out of the fight. Reports have it that injuries are the reasons why Coleman had to back out. However, that was not reason enough for Ortiz, who blasted the hall of fame fighter for backing out. Ortiz stated that Coleman backed out of the fight because he was scared to fight. Closing Thoughts I hope Griffin destroys Ortiz to the point where he lowers his marketing value.

This is gonna be Mean Fight. I think if Forrest isn't careful he will come out fighting a aggressive after that loss to Silva, trying to prove a point.
but i think he'll be smarter than that?

Ortiz is a has-been. If Griffin doesn't beat him he'll be a has-been too!

Ortiz needs to sign a WWE contract NOW while his value is still up. He's such a great heel. I remember wanting him to lose to Shamrock so much, I actually started watching MMA. Haha, good to see the "real" stuff does a better job making me interested by using "fake" stuff better than the "fake" company.
