Earlier in the month, Billy Gunn was fired by WWE after management found out that he had failed a drug test during a powerlifting competition. The belief is that it is simply a public relations move to avoid drawing negative attention from the media. Many feel that Gunn will be back as a trainer in a couple of months when the heat dies does. He is well liked by a lot of people in the company.

For years, Bill DeMott and Billy Gunn were staples of the developmental program in WWE. DeMott was fired after a major controversy. Well, now Gunn is following him out the door. Management was forced to fire Gunn after finding out that he was taking performance enhancing drugs for his power lifting career that he was doing on the side. The front office stated that they had no idea he was even doing that.

First and foremost, he is not going to bother to listen to the actual comments that were made by Bagwell. Secondly, Ross reminded Bagwell that he was simply the messenger at the time. Whenever someone gets fired from the company, the orders usually come from someone above him.

The Hurricanes fired Al Golden after the team suffered a humiliating 58-0 loss to Clemson on national television. Johnson thanks fans for their support via social media and stated that the team will find a good coach.

Things are a bit different for the Wisconsin native because he was heavily involved in the recently promotion of the Muppets. Firing him could lead to even more media attention, which the front office obviously does not want.

Some new rumors have popped up in regards to Lisa Fox Lee being fired by WWE despite being with the company for nearly two decades. It is being said that Vince McMahon had her released because she was not able to successfully negotiate a contract to acquire the rights to the NWA library. The company wanted to prevent them from being able to create their own online video streaming service.
