Tommy Dreamer back in WWE

In case you missed Monday Night Raw this week, Tommy Dreamer made his return to back up the Dudley Boyz in their feud against the Wyatt Family. Initially, Dreamer was scheduled to head over to India to work as a producer on Impact Wrestling. However, when TNA postponed the tour, he was free to sign a deal with WWE. The belief is that Dreamer will be around for at least another month.

WWE Divas ladder match

Management is really interested in turning the feud between Paige and Charlotte into something really special. They pushed the envelope already by bringing up the late Reid Flair. Now, WWE is thinking about having the two female performers doing a ladder match for the Divas Championship. There are talks that gimmick match could be taking place as early as the TLC pay per view in December.

El Matadores new gimmick

There are rumors floating around that there are those within WWE that are pushing for Los Matadores to get their new gimmicks sooner than later. The feeling is that New Day is running out of opponents to work with. The three way feud with Lucha Dragons and the Usos is essentially a filler match for the upcoming TLC pay per view. A new opponent for the champions will be needed by January.

Alberto Del Rio opponents

Aside from his ability to be a foreign marketing asset for WWE, one of the reasons why management decided to bring Alberto Del Rio back to the promotion was because they felt that he could provide fresh matches against some of the upper level baby faces such as Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns and Antonio Cesaro. The creative department is running out of performers to mix and match in feuds.

Goldust at Survivor Series

In case you did not watch the Survivor Series kickoff show, Goldust made his return to WWE after spending months on the sidelines with an injury. He was one of the ten mystery contestants in the elimination tag team match. The veteran performer teamed with Adrian Neville, Titus and the Dudley Boyz. The focal point of the match was his feud with Stardust that never really ended.

Abyss vs Undertaker

During a podcast interview with Jim Ross, Abyss revealed some details about how close he came to signing with WWE back in 2006. John Laurinaitis had an offer on the table, but he backed out of the deal at the very last minute because he did not want to leave TNA after spending so many years there. Abyss also revealed to Ross that there were plans for him to feud with Undertaker and work a big match together at Wrestlemania.

Ziggler putting over Breeze

Since Tyler Breeze was left down in NXT for so long, many were under the assumption that management would not be giving him a real chance once he got to the main roster in WWE. However, it now appears that Dolph Ziggler will be putting over Breeze, which would catapult him into the mid card scene instead of being stuck in the lower card scene. A lot depends on how well Breeze does in this first feud.

Alexa challenging Bayley

Now that she has gotten through Sasha Banks, Bayley needs another diva to defend the title against, and it looks like WWE has chosen Alexa Bliss for that role. The two of them set up their feud during the latest episode of NXT when Alexa crashed the celebration party that the champion was having in the middle of the ring. The odds of Alexa winning the belt are said to be very slim. She is viewed as a filler program for now.

Scott Hall backs DDP

While doing an interview to promote Jake Roberts and his new film, Diamond Dallas Page revealed that Scott Hall once threatened to walk away from WCW if Eric Bischoff did not go along with their plan for pushing DDP into the main event scene during his feud with the nWo. Things worked out quite alright for all sides involved since DDP ended up becoming one of the most popular performers in the industry at that time.
