Since the company has changed up their business model and is touring less frequently, the man in charge of those live events has decided to leave TNA. Mike Krewson is no longer the Director of Touring. Rumor has it that he has accepted a general manager job with Baylor University. Dixie Carter has chosen Bob Ryder as his replacement. Ryder is currently working with the talent relations department in TNA.

As some of you may already know, TNA is doing a tour of India. They made a very wise decision to partner up with the Great Khali, who is very much still revered in the country for his stint with WWE. The former world heavyweight champion has given his endorsement to the live events that will be taking place in December. He also has agreed to help the company find another local star to join Mahabali Shera on the roster.

Initially, Rockstar Spud, Brooke Tessmacher and several other TNA performers were scheduled to do a quick three show tour at the end of the month. However, management has now decided to cancel the Hardcore Halloween events. It is being said that changes in logistics are the reason for the cancellation, as the front office was rather pleased with how ticket sales were going. The performers are still getting a paycheck for that weekend.

For those of you that are wondering about his whereabouts since leaving TNA, Sam Shaw is still very much involved in professional wrestling. Right now, he is working live events on the independent wrestling circuit. Shaw is also keeping himself relevant and paid by appearing at conventions. He might still make a return someday to Impact Wrestling, but for now, he is doing his own thing.

In a strong effort to improve their product, TNA has announced that they have partnered up with A01 Prouctions, who will now be working hand in hand with the Harris Brothers to produce episodes of Impact Wrestling. The company will also be on hand to help figure out how to do live events in the near future.

To take things up a notch, TNA has announced that they are creating a King of the Mountain Championship for the person that wins the match on Sunday. There are talks that Jeff Jarrett could be given the victory and the belt so that he can make it an inter promotional championship that will be defended on Impact Wrestling and at GFW live events.

When the company needed to take a step back and get everything in order, TNA decided to shut down their live events side of the business. Well, it looks like Dixie Carter and company are going to start dipping their toes into the water again. The company has officially booked an event in York, Pennsylvania. The date is September 17, 2015. There is still the possibility that the company will book other events before that one as well.

While he would never admit it publicly, it is being said that Vince McMahon is keeping a very close eye on the upcoming tour of China that TNA is embarking on in a couple of weeks. WWE has long been trying to figure out ways of expanding their live events business into Asia. They only do a couple of shows a year there, but it would really be quite a boost to their overall revenue stream if they could find ways of touring there more frequently.

In order to help their performers make more money each year, TNA has decided to modify the rule that prevents them from working in other promotions. In the past, special permission was granted for the wrestlers to work on cards promoted by Tommy Dreamer, Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy. Now, they are free to work internet pay per view events for smaller independent companies. ROH is still not an option for the wrestlers, however.
