Wrestling Revealed

Quinn Ojinnaka

Moose to GFW

One of the wrestlers announced by GFW earlier today was Moose. He will be an official member of the roster. The former NFL star has been developing his trade in ROH for the past year. That has led to questions from the internet wrestling community about the status of his contract with his current employer. The belief is that Quinn Ojinnaka signed a one year deal with Ring of Honor, so he will more than likely work non televised events until it expires next month.

Matt Hardy

TNA stars working elsewhere

In order to help their performers make more money each year, TNA has decided to modify the rule that prevents them from working in other promotions. In the past, special permission was granted for the wrestlers to work on cards promoted by Tommy Dreamer, Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy. Now, they are free to work internet pay per view events for smaller independent companies. ROH is still not an option for the wrestlers, however.

Shinsuke Nakamura

Shinsuke Nakamura to ROH

It is no secret that Daniel Bryan really wants to wrestle his good friend Shinsuke Nakamura at the next Wrestlemania. Well, his friend is coming to the United States to work, but it will not be for WWE. Nakamura has signed on to work a couple of live events for ROH. He will be doing four shows in Philadelphia and Toronto, along with several other stars from New Japan. The belief is that more overseas stars are headed for the show as well.

Kazuchika Okada

Tanahashi and Okada to ROH

During the middle of May, New Japan and ROH are teaming up to put on a couple of shows. Two of them will be in Philadelphia at the old ECW arena, while the other two will be held in Toronto. To help make those events even more special, Hiroshi Tanahashi and Kazuchika Okada will be featured on the card. No word yet on what matches they are being booked for, but the safe bet is that Ring of Honor will use their top stars against them.

Alberto Del Rio

Alberto Del Rio schedule in ROH

Those that are hoping to see Alberto Del Rio on a full time basis in ROH, are in for a disappointment. The company has made an official announcement about his signing, and they included the dates in which he will be working. Del Rio is currently scheduled for just three events in January. Nothing has been announced for February, but the former world heavyweight champion has been signed to work the 13th anniversary pay per view in March.
