While it was initially believed that WWE would host Extreme Rules 2014 in Seattle, in order to capitalize on the popularity of Daniel Bryan at the moment, that has been confirmed to be false, as an announcement has now been made that the pay per view will be held in New Jersey instead.
Reports indicated that Vince McMahon was planning on hosting Extreme Rules 2014 in Seattle, but a representative from the Key Arena, the venue rumored to host the event, has issued a public statement, denying that WWE has booked the show there.
Since WWE changed up the plans and decided to put Extreme Rules 2014 in Seattle, it appears that the company is looking to build the pay per view event around Daniel Bryan, as management feels that he should be able to draw a massive reaction from his home crowd.
Triple H, Stephanie McMahon and two of their children attended an MMA class taught by former WWE diva Eve Torres and her husband. Some pictures were posted on Instagram and Twitter, where the girls took a subtle jab at Matt Hardy while showcasing a choke hold.
Eve Torres recently posted a picture on Instagram of herself with her fiancee, Rener Gracie.
Through her Twitter account, Eve Torres revealed that she was on her way to Seattle, where the former WWE star and current self defense trainer would be presenting the Diva of the Year award on Monday Night Raw.
Eve Torres has signed on to return to WWE next week on Monday Night Raw to present the winner of the Diva of the Year award.
"I don't see it happening. But I know myself enough to know that I'm not going to sit here and say that it's never going to happen."
Eve Torres has decided to leave WWE. She informed management in December that she wanted to focus on her career as a self defense instructor, and the company granted her the release. She worked until January and put over Kaitlyn before leaving.
Eve Torres successfully defended the WWE Divas Championship against Kaitlyn at the Survivor Series.
