Antonio Cesaro
Since neither man was involved in a feud, it looks like WWE is about to pair Antonio Cesaro and Sheamus in a feud for the United States Heavyweight Championship. The story between the two might have been initiated during WWE Main Event. Management has been known to drop stories abruptly, so if this does not make it to Monday Night Raw or Smackdown, then the feud is not going forward.

Alexander Rusev
There was a little bit of confusion on Monday Night Raw. Fans were led to believe that Big Show and Mark Henry were forming a team, especially after they were given a victory over Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. Later on in the evening, Henry came out and started what looked like a feud with Alexander Rusev. The reason for all this is because WWE was not sure what they wanted to do, and the scripts overlapped. The decision to do a feud between Henry and Rusev was a last minute thing.

Dean Ambrose
For those wondering about the final segment of Monday Night Raw this week, it was designed to write Dean Ambrose off of television. There were speculations that he was going to need time off to film a movie for WWE Studios, but the initial belief was that he would not need to miss television time. It now appears that the company is just going to take him off the road, so he can focus on filming.

Charlie Haas
A post from Twitter, where JBL mocks Shelton Benjamin by taking a picture of Rico Constantino, who is visiting Monday Night Raw today, and stating that Constantino is the best tag team partner that Charlie Haas has ever had in WWE.
August 18, 2014
Brock Lesnar
When Brock Lesnar interrupted the birthday celebration for Hulk Hogan on Monday Night Raw last week, he went off script a bit. The former UFC Heavyweight Champion said, "Party's over, grandpa." That was not a line fed to him by the WWE creative department. Reports are surfacing that Lesnar took that jab on his own or had help from Paul Heyman in coming up with that line.
August 18, 2014
Hulk Hogan
Since he did not fly home to Florida after the live WWE event last night, the belief is that Hulk Hogan will be making an appearance at Summerslam 2014 tonight. There is also a good chance that he will be making an appearance on Monday Night Raw tomorrow as well. WWE sent their private jet to northern California last night, so that the performers did not have to make the five hour drive down to Los Angeles.
August 17, 2014
Dean Ambrose
When it was announced that Dean Ambrose was going to be starring in an upcoming WWE Studios movie, the belief was that he was going to need to take some time off to film his part. It looks like the former United States Heavyweight Champion might only be missing the live events, as management still wants him around on Monday Night Raw and Smackdown to further his feud with Seth Rollins.
August 16, 2014
Brock Lesnar
A Twitter post from former WWE star Kevin Nash where he jokes about trying to do a Vulcan mind meld with Brock Lesnar to let him know that he is only back on Monday Night Raw for the beers and not looking for a fight.
August 14, 2014
Vickie Guerrero
Unless something drastic happens with her new career, do not expect Vickie Guerrero to be making a return to WWE anytime soon. However, the door has been left open by the company for that to take place in the future if she wishes to do so. Management surprised a lot of people by giving Guerrero a positive sendoff on Monday Night Raw, which solidified the belief that the company would welcome her with open arms again some day.
August 13, 2014
AJ Lee
Rumors are going around that Ashley Flair has moved to the front of the line for a promotion from developmental to the main roster in WWE. There are some roadblocks in her way, though. Total Divas is set to become a major focus again very soon, so the writers will put an emphasis on them when writing Monday Night Raw. Flair might also have to wait a bit longer if Paige picks up more momentum in her feud with AJ Lee.
August 12, 2014
Hulk Hogan
Since WWE wants to make this is a big edition of Monday Night Raw, the company has enlisted the help of Hulk Hogan and friends to help spike the ratings. Scott Hall and Kevin Nash have already been confirmed for an appearance, and there are talks that an nWo reunion could be taking place. Another person from Hogan's past has now been added as well. Paul Orndorff is scheduled to make an appearance tonight.
August 11, 2014
Vince McMahon
The feeling backstage in WWE is that no one is safe now that Vince McMahon is desperate to cut the losses. That proved to be the case when the company released Eddie Feldman, who was the Senior Vice President of Creative. Other people in the department were released as well, which means that a lot of the segments on Monday Night Raw and Smackdown are going to become a bit more basic.
August 7, 2014
Sheamus
After taking a little bit of time off the road and in Europe, Sheamus is now back with WWE. While he was not utilized on Monday Night Raw, he did work a match at the taping for WWE Superstars. The former world heavyweight champion was also kept off of Smackdown as well. Sheamus is currently on the tour of Australia with the rest of the WWE crew and should be back on television soon.
August 7, 2014
Kane
After 17 years of portraying the character, Kane might be receiving a new gimmick soon. Rumors have been floating around that he might be bringing the Jacob Goodnight character from the See No Evil movie series to WWE television. The belief is that management wanted to make it easier to promote the film. Some feel that the story line started when Kane handed over his mask to Stephanie McMahon on the last episode of Monday Night Raw.
August 7, 2014
Dean Ambrose
On Monday Night Raw, fans saw Rob Van Dam being pulled from a Beat the Clock match against Seth Rollins. He was replaced by Heath Slater, who got the surprising win, thanks to distractions from Dean Ambrose. It turns out that WWE did that because RVD is actually not cleared to wrestle. He is still recovering from an unknown injury. For what it's worth, it appears that he might be fine soon, as the former world heavyweight champion is scheduled to head to Australia for the tour.
August 6, 2014
Hulk Hogan
The white and black is headed back to WWE next week when Monday Night Raw comes to us live from Portland. Hulk Hogan will be celebrating his birthday on air, and he has a couple of buddies coming back to join him. Scott Hall and Kevin Nash have reportedly been confirmed for the event, and the belief is that WWE will be doing some sort of nWo reunion to boost television ratings.
August 6, 2014
Alexander Rusev
On Monday Night Raw this week, fans witnessed Mark Henry making his return and attacking Damien Sandow. The belief is that he will be given a slight push from WWE, so that he can be utilized in an upcoming feud with Alexander Rusev, who desperately needs people to work against after he is done with Jack Swagger. Beating a performer as big as Henry should help further establish Rusev as a top level heel.
August 5, 2014
Dolph Ziggler
"Catching Monday Night Raw on my DVR. Just saw all I needed to see. Dolph Ziggler with a huge win. I bought the WWE Network just to keep up with Ziggler." - Kevin Nash praising Dolph Ziggler
August 5, 2014
Vince McMahon
Since Vince McMahon and WWE are desperately trying to reduce the amount of money that they're bleeding, the company is reportedly talking about bringing back the Monday Night Raw and Smackdown super show, where they tape both episodes during the same night. A lot of the performers are against that because it's a lot more work than usual. Some backstage are also against it because the lengthy process can tire out the audience and produce less enthusiastic responses.
August 4, 2014
Brie Bella
While the upcoming match between Stephanie McMahon and Brie Bella at Summerslam 2014 is being heavily anticipated by fans online, the numbers for that final hour of Monday Night Raw, where the two gals had their confrontation to close out the episode, managed to lose approximately half a million viewers. That has caused some concerns backstage for WWE because the match is viewed as one of the headliners of the pay per view.
August 4, 2014
Eric Young
Prior to his injury, there were plans in place to have MVP winning the TNA World Heavyweight Championship from Eric Young. Since the company needed a heel champion to be the antagonist against Kurt Angle and his new on screen authority role, the belt went to Bobby Lashley instead. There are talks that TNA could try to figure out how to transfer the belt over to MVP soon.
July 5, 2014
MVP
After being given some time off of television, where his character was serving a story line suspension, Bobby Roode made his much anticipated return to Impact Wrestling this week. The former TNA champion came back to save Eric Young, who had just lost the world title, from an attack by MVP, Kenny King and Bobby Lashley. Roode received a warm reception from the audience.
June 19, 2014
Bobby Lashley
In a surprising move, Bobby Lashley walks away from Impact Wrestling this week as the next world heavyweight champion in TNA. He was given a title shot against Eric Young, who defended the belt earlier in the night against Kenny King. With the odds stacked against him, Young put on a good effort, but in the end, Lashley proved to be too much. A spear and a pin ended the match.
June 19, 2014
Kenny King
Since MVP has a badly injured knee, TNA decided to change up the main event of Slammiversary 2014. Eric Young will still be defending the world heavyweight championship in a steel cage at the event, but he's now going to be doing so against two opponents. The winners of the respective matches between Samoa Joe, Bobby Lashley, Kenny King and Austin Aries will be challenging Young for the belt.
June 13, 2014
MVP
During a recent podcast interview with Chris Jericho, MVP revealed that he was going to try to fight through the knee injury and work Slammiversary 2014. The former United States Heavyweight Champion is scheduled to challenge Eric Young for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship at the pay per view. Management is still working on a backup plan in case his knee does not hold up, however.
June 11, 2014
Eric Young
Slammiversary 2014 takes place later on this month, and the main event might be in jeopardy. Originally, Eric Young was scheduled to defend the TNA World Heavyweight Championship against MVP, but the challenger suffered some sort of knee injury while working an independent wrestling show in England over the weekend. No word yet on the severity of the injury, but MVP was limping pretty badly.
June 1, 2014
Bobby Lashley
In case you did not catch Impact Wrestling this week, Samoa Joe made his return to TNA. He received a bit of a pop as he came back to save Eric Young and Bully Ray from an attack by MVP, Kenny King and Bobby Lashley in the final segment of the show. Upon signing with TNA, MVP specifically mentioned Samoa Joe as a performer that he wanted to work against, so that feud could be happening soon.
May 30, 2014
Eric Young
For those of you that do not watch Impact Wrestling on a regular basis, MVP has done a heel turn. The former United States Heavyweight Champion has also given himself a shot at Eric Young and the TNA World Heavyweight Championship at Slammiversary 2014 as well. Management pulled the trigger on the move, as they feel that MVP could be more valuable as an antagonist.

If I shave now people would not recognize me." - TNA World Heavyweight Champion Eric Young talks about a change he refuses to make because of television

Eric Young
In a sign that he still holds some value to the network, Eric Young has been given another television show. This time, it is called No Limits, and it is supposed to be a continuation of his Off the Hook: Extreme Catches show. Young will be going around the country, and trying out various extreme activities, such as learning how to be a lumberjack in the Smoky Mountains.

Eric Young
In the main event of TNA Sacrifice 2014, Eric Young was able to defeat Brutus Magnus to retain the world heavyweight championship. During the match, Magnus attempted to cheat by using a weapon to win the TNA title back, but the referee caught him.

A lot of fans are quick to point out the similarities between Eric Young winning the heavyweight championship and Daniel Bryan winning the heavyweight championship. However, people backstage in TNA are denying that there is a correlation. Company officials are standing by their stance that the move was done in order to surprise the fans.

Eric Young
Rumors have it that people backstage in WWE are amused by the fact that TNA put their world heavyweight championship around the waist of Eric Young. It is not so much a shot at Young, as many in the industry feel that he is a good worker and a nice person. The ridicule is more about how TNA went about with the story line of crowning him as champion.
April 19, 2014
Eric Young
Since he is now the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, Eric Young is being given a bit of a gimmick change, as management wants to move him further away from the comedic character that he has portraying over the years. TNA wants fans to believe that Young is a credible champion. His Monster's Ball match against Abyss on Impact Wrestling was to aid that.
April 19, 2014
Jeff Jarrett
Rumors have it that another reason why TNA gave the world heavyweight championship to Eric Young was to keep him from joining Jeff Jarrett in Global Force Wrestling. Young and Jarrett have a long history together, and they remain on very good terms. Since he is a very good worker and well liked backstage, TNA would much rather he stay with them long term.
