"They told me that I was going to come back and be this huge babyface. I said, 'no, it's not going to work.' They said, 'no way, they're dying for you to come back.' I said, 'that's going to last two minutes, just watch.' And sure enough it did." - Batista discusses heel turn

Kofi Kingston
"I've been clamoring at that for a while now, but the situation has to be right and the timing has to be right; everything has to be right. I wouldn't want to just do it for the sake of doing it because you might get lost in the shuffle that way. If the situation was right, it would give me a chance to do something completely different and show people a side of me they have never seen before, which I think would be great and I think would be fun." - Kofi Kingston wants heel turn

Christy Hemme
There are some talks backstage that Christy Hemme could be doing a heel turn and aligning with Sam Shaw at TNA Lockdown 2014 during his match against Mr Anderson. That would provide a bit of a shock factor to the story. However, there are also a lot of people pushing against that, as they feel that Shaw can be used to terrorize the other Knockouts as well.

Jim Ross
During his podcast interview with Jim Ross, the topic of John Cena doing a heel turn was brought up with Steve Austin. The former WWE star was adamant that the move should not happen. Austin pointed out that his own heel turn was a disaster because it ruined his merchandise sales. He feels that the same would happen if Cena were to make the turn.
March 6, 2014
Batista
There were plans backstage at the last Monday Night Raw to turn Batista into a heel by having Randy Orton playing with the mind of his former Evolution teammate. WWE opted against doing that during the show, so they went with a watered down version of the heel turn on Smackdown to test out the reaction from the audience.
March 2, 2014
Batista
There was a WWE NXT taping this week, and fans at the event voiced their displeasure with Batista, even though the performer was not on location. They cheered on Mason Ryan, stating that he was better than Batista. Then, they mocked Bo Dallas, chanting that he was worse than Batista. This should help expedite that heel turn a bit.
March 1, 2014
Batista
There are talks backstage that this potential match between Daniel Bryan and Triple H could simply be a ruse for Wrestlemania 30, as some feel that Bryan will eventually be moved into the main event match for the WWE Championship. Management wants to rush the heel turn for Batista because the fans have simply turned on him.
February 28, 2014
Darren Young
While many are under the assumption that Titus ONeil is the one that will be receiving the push since he was the one that pulled the heel turn, the rumors of Darren Young being pushed is gaining some steam, as the latter was given the victory over the former at a live event in Oakland. At this point, the match appears unlikely to make it on the Elimination Chamber 2014 main card.
February 8, 2014
Cody Rhodes
Since he is still scheduled to do a story line against Cody Rhodes, the belief is that Goldust will be the one doing the heel turn. The veteran performer is signed with WWE until the summer, so the story line could very well extend past their rumored match at Wrestlemania 30.
February 7, 2014
Titus ONeil

Last night, WWE wanted to push the heel turn by Titus ONeil, so they gave him a match. Since someone was needed to put him over, officials backstage went with Zack Ryder, who has not worked a televised match on Monday Night Raw since October of last year.

February 4, 2014

January 28, 2014
Batista

There are rumors that Batista could be doing a heel turn after winning the WWE Championship at Wrestlemania 30. Management has noticed the reaction that he has been receiving since making his return, and the feeling is that he might work better as an antagonist.

Roddy Piper

January 15, 2014
Steve Austin

"Worst call I've ever made other than refusing to job to Brock Lesnar at Atlanta. But, you know, that was my idea. Vince always likes to do something big at Wrestlemania. He didn't have anything big planned. So, me being the rocket scientist that I am, I figured okay. You're a hot babyface, and if you turn heel, you're a hot ass heel to draw money like that. Or vice versa. By and large that is true for the most part if the time is right to turn. Well clearly the time wasn't right for me to turn. It was like everybody loved John Wayne for what he stood for and so he did not ever have to be a bad guy in his movies. He never was. People didn't want to hate me. Me, because I always loved working heel more than a babyface. Thought it was going to be a chance for me to have fun, go back to working heel, doing what I loved to do and with that being said, I love working babyface too. Obviously it's where I made my money, but I like working heel. I like being a piece of trash. I like talking trash. I like cheating. That was my style of wrestling. Man, I did a lot of that as a Stone Cold babyface. So it was a bad idea, but Vince bought into it with me."

January 6, 2014
Tyson Kidd

One of the ideas being tossed around in WWE right now is to have Tyson Kidd turning into a heel. Management wanted to capitalize on his real life relationship with Natalya Neidhart, but thus far, they have not been able to come up with a suitable story line.

Cameron

December 7, 2013
Brodus Clay

While many fans are under the impression that it is a permanent thing, WWE might not be doing a permanent heel turn with Brodus Clay. The belief is that this is just to give Xavier Woods something to work with.

December 3, 2013
Miz

Word going around is that the WWE creative department forgot about his Christmas movie when they decided to turn Miz into a heel.

Diamond Dallas Page
"David Arquette is his own animal. As much heat as he ever took, for him, all the money he made for that pay per view when he busted me over the head with the guitar and Jeff Jarrett took the world title, the money he made, he gave to Melanie Pillman. When he pinned Eric Bischoff, not me, and I will go on record as saying that was the biggest clusterfuck ever, and it never should have happened, but it did. That being said, that was the booking committee. It was not Arquette, and every fan that has ever roasted him, should dip their own ass in boiling oil because everyone of you that has buried Arquette, if put in the same position, you would have jumped through a hoop of burning oil to do the same shit. That's why when everyone busts his balls on that, I just want to smack someone. I'm like, "really, you, Marko Mark? You would have died for that." - Diamond Dallas Page defending David Arquette for winning a championship

Eric Bischoff

It has been a couple of months now since he was sent home from the company, and it appears that Eric Bischoff is very unlikely to make his return to the TNA front office. He is making a good amount of money by being a television producer, and he really appears to enjoy his personal time, where he hangs out with his family and travels frequently.

February 11, 2014
Hulk Hogan
This week marks the 15 year anniversary of Big Show signing with WWE. Vince McMahon was able to snatch him away from WCW by offering him a ten year contract worth millions of dollars. At the time, Eric Bischoff was handing out massive contracts to performers like Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Hulk Hogan and Bret Hart, so it had to have been a sizable amount of cash.

This was during the time where Eric Bischoff was collecting global talent at a rapid pace.

Bret Hart

"There is no real comparison, that is like comparing a diamond and a chunk of coal. Vince McMahon is an absolute master, he is a brilliant man, you take a look at going up against WCW, Ted Turner and that whole organisation. Turner gave us all no cut contracts; Hulk Hogan, Brutus Beefcake, Bret Hart, and myself all went to WCW. Vince then took all the cast offs like Triple H and Steve Austin and turned them into global superstars and once again he was on top. You've got to give Vince credit, he is not your friend, if you want a friend go buy a puppy, Vince is your boss. He will use you and make you money but when the time is right he will flush you down the toilet and won't think twice about it, welcome to the real world."

- Jim Duggan on Eric Bischoff

"Bischoff was a genius. He could be an asshole at times. I had an amazing relationship with him. We don't even talk today, which is so f---ed up to me, and it's his fault, because he sucks on the phone. We don't even have a relationship anything like we had, but at the time, it was a real relationship... (Now) he doesn't even return a phone call, which is so obnoxious."

January 16, 2014
Garett Bischoff

Another name on the chopping block in TNA right now is Garett Bischoff, who has not really done much in the company since management decided to split up the Aces and Eights stable. His father, Eric Bischoff, recently scaled back on his duties within TNA.

Frankie Kazarian

"I never had anything but good experiences with Eric. He was always a straight shooter with us, especially with Bad Influence. He was a big supporter of our act and I could always go to him with ideas and get an honest response from him. So I hope that he comes back and does stuff, and if he doesn't, I'm sure that wherever he ends up, he's going to end up being successful. But personally, selfishly speaking, I had fun working with him and I hope that he gets a chance to come back and sort of, continue adding his two cents to our creative direction."

Eric Bischoff

"Um I think Bischoff is still around, I think it's just a production capacity. I think with Hogan, some people think he had more clout than he did. I think they really wanted him to do a bit more but I think he just didn't want to really do more at this time. As far as Hogan as a person, cool cat. As far as working with him, I wouldn't know. I never worked with them. I never see them, I never talk to them. When they just asked me 'This is what we need from you' I did it and that was that."

Eric Bischoff

"Direct TV dropping WWE PPVs would open up some programming and promotional real estate for other producers (TNA, Bellator) who havent gotten a lot of promotional love. Could be a win/win/win. Interesting to watch this unfold"

January 11, 2014
Steve Austin

It was a phone call, but the FedEx came the next day. It was basically exactly what Eric Bischoff said. "Steve, based upon the amount of days you've been incapacitated, and the amount of money we're paying you, we're going to go ahead and exercise our right to terminate the agreement." So basically you're telling me I'm fired, right? He said, "yeah, you're fired." So this was right when I had tore my triceps off my elbow and I was making my recovery. I was going to be a few more weeks. I had been out for several months. When you have a triceps detached it takes a while to grow back. So it was during that time, and prior to that I had had some knee issues. I had some messed up knees. Hey, man. I was a hard working guy and put it all on the line, but some debilitating injuries you just can't make your shots. So anyway, that was the way he broke down firing me. I think it had something to do with that, and him just not seeing a big future for a guy with thinning long blond hair called Stunning Steve Austin. Although, I was very angry when I got fired, because that was my job. I need my job to pay my bills. When I look back and look through Eric Bischoff's eyes at where he was and my look, my character or lack of, and what I was presenting, I don't blame him for making the decision that he made. I don't at all.

December 24, 2013
