In what can be considered his biggest break in Hollywood thus far, Edge has now joined the cast and will portray a villain known as Atom Smasher in the upcoming season. His character has superhuman strength and can grow to enormous size.

In a rather interesting and heartwarming situation, Chris Hero ended up wrestling for three straight hours. He pledged to wrestle 30 minutes for every $500 that was donated to help battle ALS. For his charity efforts, Hero ended up raising $3,440, which was more than the original goal that the promoters had set up.

It's just a matter of trying to find time in his busy schedule to make appearances for the promotion.

Management simply refused to notice and acknowledged the effort that he put out in order to get a push. He is doing a tremendous job of being a one man commentating team after the departure of Taz. The company might have been in a bind had it just been Mike Tenay out there by himself. While he is one of the most knowledgeable guys to ever do the job, Tenay is a guy that works much better when there is a color commentator.
