In hindsight, it might not have been the most timely booking, to get him in that environment. And then you can look at the other side and say maybe it's a good thing to get him out around friends. As it worked out, you'd probably lean more to the former than the latter. But here's the deal. I was conductor of a runaway train. I was supposed to keep it on the tracks and that didn't happen. So I don't have any issues taking responsibility. Did I envision that it would help facilitate my exit? No. But I could see the thinking behind it."

Cody Rhodes and Goldust will be mixing business with pleasure this week, as the siblings are going to down to Florida on Thursday night to work a WWE NXT live event. Their father, the legendary Dusty Rhodes, works closely with the developmental program.
Dixie Carter placed a clue on Twitter about the new arrivals by writing the initials "DR" and "EE", which prompted Jeremy Borash to guess that it was Dusty Rhodes and Eric Embry. The widespread speculation is that it is Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards.
While he has not been seen on television in quite some time, Yoshi Tatsu is still with WWE. The Japanese wrestler has been training with the company at the performance center. Tatsu has been working closely with Dusty Rhodes on improving himself as a character.
While many fans know that Cody Rhodes and Goldust are brothes, some do not know that they are actually half brothers. Their father is WWE legend Dusty Rhodes, but they each have different mothers. The wrestling siblings are approximately sixteen years apart in age.
Dusty Rhodes is one of the many former WWE stars who are making an on screen return on the special Old School edition of Monday Night Raw next week, and chances are, he will be working some sort of segment with Cody Rhodes and Goldust.
Dustin Rhodes has been publicly campaigning for WWE to bring him back, so that he can work a pay per view match against his younger brother Cody Rhodes, but it is a move that their legendary father Dusty Rhodes does not feel will be happening any time soon.
