The former world heavyweight champion stated that he wanted to finish his career with the company that gave him his start, which sounds like he is simply towing the company line.

The speculation is heating up again because Court Bauer, a former writer in the company, addressed the story. He stated that Ziggler could be following in the same path that John Morrison took. The two shared a kiss in the middle of the ring that generated a really good reaction from the audience. The reason for adding an interesting story is because the creative department wanted to protect the Russian sympathizer because it will feel like a bit of a drop to go from feuding with John Cena to feuding with anyone else.

During a recent interview, Sheamus revealed some information on his tryout match with WWE. He admitted that they were awful. For whatever reasons, management opted to choose Dolph Ziggler as his opponent, even though Ziggler was a developmental wrestler himself. The Celtic Warrior stated that Finlay was the one that made the odd choice. He also stated that he was hoping to receive more advice than he was being given at the time.
