Dean Ambrose

Dean Ambrose breaks streak

Despite being one of the more popular performers with the internet wrestling community, Dean Ambrose has surprisingly not been given a lot of singles victories on pay per view events. His defeat of Luke Harper at Extreme Rules was his first one since beating Dolph Ziggler at Night of Champions back in 2013. WWE has put him in high profile situations, but they need to give him more victories to win over the remaining fans.

Sheamus

Dolph Ziggler injury

To help further sell Sheamus as a heel, WWE has announced that Dolph Ziggler is unable to compete on Smackdown this week. He is not actually injured. It will be interesting to see just how far the front office takes the story. There are no live events planned for this upcoming weekend, as the performers are being given a little bit of rest before taking off for a tour of Europe. Ziggler is expected to be on Monday Night Raw this week.

Goldust

IC title stolen

For those of you that have not been attending live events lately, WWE is routinely running the angle where the Intercontinental Championship keeps getting stolen by the performers who will compete for the belt in a ladder match at Wrestlemania. Cody Rhodes worked a match against Goldust in Erie on Saturday. While that was going on, Dolph Ziggler ran out from the backstage area and stole the title. Story will continue on Monday Night Raw.

Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler fired

On the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, Dolph Ziggler was one of the wrestlers who were fired at the end of the show. That has actually caused some confusion within the internet wrestling community, where a good amount of fans are under the impression that he was really fired. This is simply a story line by WWE. To further sell the story, management has pulled him from live events this weekend. Ziggler generally works every weekend.
