Russo also stated that TNA tries to appease fans online in hopes of decreasing the amount of criticism that the promotion receives since they are trying to compete with WWE.

There are those that believe that the tour of India by TNA has been canceled as opposed to simply being postponed. Dixie Carter actually has a deal in place where the promotion is required to tour that country at least once a year. It is a pretty favorable deal for Carter since her television partners over there are more than willing to help with making sure that the tour is set up as best as possible.

She informed fans that Mahabali Shera, Rebel and Ethan Carter are going to be sent to India to do an extensive media tour. The trio is expected to a big announcement while they are over there. The belief is that TNA is trying to expand even further into the country than they already are.

In a rather interesting development, it has now been revealed that Jeff Jarrett has sold his remaining shares of TNA. He no longer is a minority owner in the promotion. The agreement was part of the deal that he made with Dixie Carter when she agreed to do an invasion story line with GFW. Now, the Carter family can do whatever deals they want without having to worry about needing permission from Jarrett.

When TNA decided to bring Shawn Hernandez back into the company, they asked him if he was contractually free from Lucha Underground. He insisted that he was, but that turned to not be true. Dixie Carter was contacted about the issue. To avoid a potential lawsuit, she decided to release Hernandez from the promotion and remove filmed footage from upcoming episodes of Impact Wrestling.

Even though the two promotions are on amicable terms, Dixie Carter does not want her contracted performers to work for Jeff Jarrett on their days off. Right now, TNA has a policy that enables them to work for another promotion, provided they are not utilized on television. Things could automatically work out for Carter, however, because it appears that GFW is on track to get a television contract with an unannounced network very soon.

When it was announced that Seiya Sanada was leaving the promotion, rumors spread that the relationship between TNA and Wrestle 1 had gone downhill. Apparently, that is the case, as the two companies are no longer doing business together. It is being said that the Great Muta has more of a relationship with Jeff Jarrett than Dixie Carter, whom he does respect. This is the reason why Sanada is now a member of the GFW roster.
