HHH eventually convinced management to induct Hall into the hall of fame after he had stayed sober for more than a year, thanks to the help of Diamond Dallas Page.

While doing an interview to promote Jake Roberts and his new film, Diamond Dallas Page revealed that Scott Hall once threatened to walk away from WCW if Eric Bischoff did not go along with their plan for pushing DDP into the main event scene during his feud with the nWo. Things worked out quite alright for all sides involved since DDP ended up becoming one of the most popular performers in the industry at that time.

During a recent interview, Diamond Dallas Page was asked about a potential comeback to WWE. He stated that he has not closed the door on that, but it would have to be something very special, something of interest to him. DDP stated that if he were allowed to come back and feud with Randy Orton over their finishing move,then he would seriously have to consider that.

While they eventually became best of friends, the relationship between Diamond Dallas Page and Eric Bischoff did not get off to a good start. During a recent interview, DDP revealed that he and Bischoff came close to coming to blows when they first started getting to know one another in the AWA. The two of them actually had to be pulled apart. Bischoff decided to apologize, and DDP accepted the apology.
