Daniel Bryan disappointed

Rather than being a corporate puppet, Daniel Bryan decided to express his opinions during an interview recently. He confirmed that he was indeed disappointed at how the Royal Rumble played out. The former world heavyweight champion also stated that he was more disappointed than the fans were. Bryan states that WWE usually has the top matches booked for Wrestlemania, so it was disappointed to be lost in the shuffle during card placement.

Smackdown taping

Daniel Bryan returning

While many people are already aware that WWE is going to save his televised in ring return for the Royal Rumble, Daniel Bryan is actually going to be back at work before then. He has been booked for a couple of matches at live events prior to the pay per view. The move is obviously being done to get rid of the expected ring rust that he has accrued since being on the sidelines for so long. He might still make appearances on Monday Night Raw, however.
