In a sad bit of news, Curt Hennig has been found dead in a Florida hotel. He was just 44 years of age. While the official cause of death will not be revealed until after the autopsy and funeral, the belief is that he died from a cocaine overdose. Hennig was a big star in WWE during the early 1990s as Mr Perfect.

In a move designed to move the company forward, Dixie Carter has announced that TNA has signed a deal with United Talent Agency, a company that specializes in the entertainment industry. UTA will be responsible for expanding TNA on television, social media and other avenues. They will also be representing the wrestlers as well by finding them roles in movies, television shows, etc.

A promoter out in Phoenix is putting together a pretty big show called Desert Storm on May 18. The world heavyweight champion lost his father to a sudden death this week, and the company is allowing him the time needed to grieve. Bryan has been removed from the live events scheduled for this upcoming weekend, and there are rumors that he might miss Monday Night Raw as well.
