Rumors are heating up that Jim Ross and CM Punk are going to head to New Japan to work together as commentators. Those were actually started by Ross himself, as the former WWE commentator simply speculated on the possibility during his podcast show. As of right now, there have been no negotiations, and Ross himself has stated that he has yet to talk to Punk about the idea.

The longtime WWE couple wanted to show support for their old friend. The two of them even went backstage to catch up with Foley for a bit. Several wrestlers in the industry, including CM Punk recently, have made the effort to go watch Foley tell jokes.
