Vickie Guerrero in WWE

During her podcast interview with Chris Jericho, Vickie Guerrero revealed some details about her life after Eddie Guerrero passed away. She stated that she was not in financial peril as some have speculated. Guerrero had a big life insurance policy, so his family was set up for a couple of years. Guerrero stated that John Laurinaitis didn't call to offer her a quick job until the following year. She was only supposed to do one story line.

Chris Jericho hosting Tough Enough

Since Steve Austin and Vince McMahon are at odds, WWE no longer has a host for the upcoming return of Tough Enough. They reportedly turned their attention to Chris Jericho, who is also doing a podcast interview show or the company. They feel that he would be a more than adequate replacement for Austin. Jericho, however, has stated that he has not had any talks with the front office about the role. He might just be working the fans, though.

Radicals to WWE

Vickie Guerrero did a podcast interview with Chris Jericho this week, and she revealed something rather interesting about the Radicalz making the jump to WWE. She revealed that even before Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero were released by WCW, there were discussions being had with Vince McMahon, which is essentially contract tampering. No lawsuit is likely to take place since the company no longer exists.

John Cena scholarship

During his podcast interview with Chris Jericho, John Cena revealed just how he close he was to turning heel during his feud against The Rock. It was to the point where he spent $5,000 to have new ring gear created for his heel persona. However, WWE scrapped that idea. Instead of asking for a refund, Cena told the seamstress to put that money towards developmental wrestlers that come to her for new apparel. Yet another good deed by Cena.

Tough Enough host

WWE was really hoping that Steve Austin would jump on board and be the host of the returning Tough Enough series. However, the two sides are at odds right now, something that they are denying, by the way. Management has been searching for a replacement, and they might have found one in Chris Jericho, who is on much better terms with the front office than Austin. Interestingly enough, Jericho replaced Austin as the podcast show host.

John Cena drinking

A rather interesting tidbit was revealed when John Cena was the guest on the podcast interview hosted by Chris Jericho in regards to alcohol consumption. Jericho revealed that Cena is the only guy in WWE that can drink him under the table. Many will find that hard to believe since Cena has such a clean cut persona. It will interesting to see how the front office reacts to the two of them sharing that bit of information with a younger audience.

Jericho interviewing Guerrero

As many of you know by now, John Cena was the very first guest on the Chris Jericho podcast interview show that he is doing for WWE. His second guest is a rather interesting one as well. Jericho will be having a discussion with Vickie Guerrero on Wednesday. She will more than likely talk about what she has been doing since leaving the wrestling business. It will be interesting if Jericho asks about why she refused an offer to return.

Chris Jericho podcast show

Reports surfaced earlier that Chris Jericho was given a podcast show by WWE after the company decided to drop Steve Austin, who apparently upset Vince McMahon with some of the questions that he asked Triple H. That has led fans to speculate that Jericho would be doing a more company friendly version. In response, the former world heavyweight champion sternly stated that he was going to continue to do his interviews in his own way.

Edge neck injury

During a recent podcast interview with Chris Jericho, Edge revealed just how badly his neck was hurting before he was forced to retire from WWE. He stated that when he worked with Batista, he was taking a power bomb every single night. He mentioned that every single time he sold that move, his arms would go numb for several seconds. Adam Copeland confessed that he should have taken that as a sign, but he really did not want to give up the title.
