They were bothered by it because there was no rhyme or reason behind the move. The split was not being done to give either guy a singles push. It was done just for the sake of doing it, which did not sit well with the duo.

Sasha thought that the character really worked for the rapper, and she knew that she could call him for one liners to use on the audience. Snoop is a well known fan of WWE.

Langston was worried that he was going to be sent back down to NXT, but Punk went to management and specifically asked to work with him. The two of them had no previous allegiance backstage, so this was simply a case of Punk wanting to him a coworker out.

Apparently, Booker was talking trash to Show by saying that WCW only gave him a contract because of his size. An argument ensued, but a physical altercation never took place. Show stated that Booker more than likely would have won the fight.

The former world heavyweight champion wanted to do that because he felt that the audience would not buy the size difference unless they made it look like the boxer's punching power was super human.
