July 5, 2014
Bray Wyatt
While he was widely viewed as one of the favorites to win the title at Money in the Bank 2014, Bray Wyatt was actually never in consideration as a champion by WWE. The company was dead set on putting the belt back around John Cena, as they felt that they needed their top star to be the face of the company while they're trying to win back the trust of the investors. Putting the belt on Wyatt might not evoke the same level of trust from people who might not necessarily follow the product as much as fans.

Batista
There is a feeling within the WWE locker room that management does not want Daniel Bryan back in the main event scene when he makes his return. Some are pointing out how he is being brought back in a minimum role at Money in the Bank 2014 as a sign of WWE downplaying his importance. Guys like Batista and Brock Lesnar would not be utilized in such a manner when they come back from their hiatus.
June 29, 2014
Randy Orton

June 28, 2014
Cameron
Rumors are floating around right now that Cameron will be doing a heel turn at Money in the Bank 2014. She will more than likely cost Naomi Knight her chance at the WWE Divas Championship. June 27, 2014
Wade Barrett
Over the last couple of months, Wade Barrett has been gaining momentum in WWE after receiving a little push. A lot of fans want to see him winning the gold at Money in the Bank 2014. June 25, 2014
Brock Lesnar

June 25, 2014
Daniel Bryan
In a rather interesting bit of news, reports are surfacing that the audience at Monday Night Raw did not react much when WWE announced that Daniel Bryan would be making an appearance at Money in the Bank 2014. That comes as a surprise because he was really one of the most popular guys in the industry before he left to have surgery on his injured neck. It should be interesting to see how fans react to him at the pay per view itself.
June 24, 2014
Bray Wyatt
Some bad news for those of you that hate John Cena. Rumors are pointing to him being at the head of the line as the next WWE champion. Cena is expected to win the title at Money in the Bank 2014. The belief is that the company wants to put the title back around the waist of their most proven draw. If Cena wins the belt again, potential feuds include Bray Wyatt, Brock Lesnar and Daniel Bryan.
June 22, 2014
Brock Lesnar
Some new rumors have popped up in regards to Brock Lesnar coming back to WWE. Since Daniel Bryan is still on the shelf, management wants to utilize Lesnar in a higher profile role. That desire might even cause the company to change their mind about who comes out as the new heavyweight champion at Money in the Bank 2014. Antonio Cesaro
Rumors going around right now has WWE giving the world heavyweight championship to a heel at Money in the Bank 2014. The belief is that the company will set someone up to feud with John Cena and Daniel Bryan over the next few months. Antonio Cesaro has been rumored for a few weeks now, but some are skeptical of that because he hasn't been given a ton of momentum by WWE. Management will either hot shot the belt to Bray Wyatt or go with the safe route in Randy Orton.
June 16, 2014
Daniel Bryan
There are rumors floating around right now that Daniel Bryan will be returning at Money in the Bank 2014 and being the mystery entrant in the ladder match to determine a new WWE champion. Those within the company know that his medical condition is nowhere near 100 percent.
June 11, 2014

June 10, 2014
Daniel Bryan
With the company still in limbo as to what to do with Daniel Bryan, rumors are coming out that WWE is thinking about doing two ladder matches at Money in the Bank 2014. The idea is to generate more interest for the pay per view since the world heavyweight champion is not around. The first MITB match would determine the new WWE champion, while the second one would set up the new challenger for the belt.
June 9, 2014
Dean Ambrose
Ever since the shocking heel turn by Seth Rollins against Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns took place on Monday Night Raw, there has been a lot of speculations as to when WWE would have the former Shield partners fighting one another. John Cena
While there are talks of shotgunning him into a big time program with John Cena, it appears that there are some backstage in WWE that are pushing upper management to ease the gas pedal a bit on the Rusev push. A match between the two is reportedly penciled in for Money in the Bank 2014.
June 8, 2014
Daniel Bryan
There are rumors floating around right now that Daniel Bryan is going to work Money in the Bank 2014, even if he is not healthy enough to do so. The belief is that the WWE champion does not want to lose his place at the top of the card, as it took quite a bit of effort to get there in the first place. Bryan would not be the first wrestler to jeopardize his health in order to maintain his spot.
June 7, 2014
Daniel Bryan
Some bad news for WWE this weekend, as it was reported that Daniel Bryan would not be cleared in time for Money in the Bank 2014. The company had been hoping to keep the belt on him, but it now appears that they are leaning towards giving the title to whoever wins the MITB ladder match. Doing this would enable WWE to allow Bryan even further time to recover from his neck injury.
June 3, 2014

Vince McMahon
Since it has failed to reach expectations, the WWE Network has been a bit of a black eye for Vince McMahon and company. Alberto Del Rio
A lot of action took place in the main event of Money in the Bank 2014. June 29, 2014
CM Punk
To calm down the Money in the Bank 2014 audience, WWE opted to go with another divas match as a filler. Layla El and Summer Rae battled in a match, where Fandango served as the special guest referee. Fans were so disinterested in the segment that a CM Punk chant broke out. In the end, Layla caught Summer with a kick to gain the pinfall. Layla and Fandango kissed after the match, while a despondent Summer looked on.
June 29, 2014
Alexander Rusev
In a rematch at Money in the Bank 2014, Alexander Rusev was successfully able to conquer Big E Langston again with his submission move. It was the typical match that you would expect from the two. There was a botched spot where Langston speared Rusev to the outside of the ring. However, the two of them more than made up for that by doing a great closing sequence.
June 29, 2014
Dean Ambrose
In a very exciting match, Seth Rollins outlasted Dean Ambrose, Dolph Ziggler, Kofi Kingston, Rob Van Dam and Jack Swagger to capture the briefcase at Money in the Bank 2014. WWE wants to continue the war between Ambrose and the Authority, so they had Kane coming out and providing assistance to Rollins. Despite the heel tactic to win the match, the Rollins victory was actually cheered by a good amount of fans.
June 29, 2014
Adam Rose
Since WWE needed a filler segment at Money in the Bank 2014 and wanted to showcase Adam Rose a little bit, he was given a quick match against Damien Sandow, who was dressed as Paul Revere. Match was not really all that noteworthy, and Rose got the win after hitting the Party Foul finishing move. This was a segment that belongs more on Monday Night Raw than a pay per view.
June 29, 2014
Cameron
Naomi Knight was given a crack at the WWE Divas Championship at Money in the Bank 2014, but it was Paige that walked away as the reigning titleholder after a DDT and a pin. The match was designed to further the eventual split between Naomi and Cameron, who was at ringside and taking glee whenever her tag team partner was in peril against Paige.
June 29, 2014
Erick Rowan
Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso had their biggest challenge to date when Erick Rowan and Luke Harper challenged them for the WWE tag team championship at Money in the Bank 2014. The twin brothers delivered by retaining the belt. The Usos performed a double superplex on Rowan before finishing him off with consecutive flying splashes from the top rope.
June 29, 2014
Dean Ambrose
Thanks to the help of Kane, Seth Rollins was able to climb the ladder uninterrupted and win the briefcase at Money in the Bank 2014. The Big Red Monster came to the ring and attacked Dean Ambrose to clear the path. Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger and Rob Van Dam were all laid out on the floor during the finale. WWE power couple Triple H and Stephanie McMahon came out afterwards to congratulate Rollins.
June 29, 2014
Jack Swagger
Even though both of them will be involved in a big match at Money in the Bank 2014, don't bet the farm on Jack Swagger or Kofi Kingston climbing up the ladder and retrieving themselves a future shot at the WWE championship. Rumors have it that both guys are simpler filler, and the fact that their match on Monday Night Raw was removed from the Hulu version of the show seems to cement that fact.
June 24, 2014
Seth Rollins
Looks like WWE wants to spike interest in the upcoming Money in the Bank 2014 pay per view, as the company has decided to add a second ladder match to the show. Instead, management opted to go with Del Rio, who does not have a lot of momentum or popularity right now.
June 3, 2014
Daniel Bryan
One of the ideas being tossed around backstage in WWE right now is to put the heavyweight title on the line during the Money in the Bank match. Instead of having contestants fighting to see who gets a title shot, the winner would replace the injured Daniel Bryan as champion. Whoever wins could then be built up for a title program against Bryan, should he be able to come back to WWE later on this year.
May 26, 2014
Andre the Giant
While he is highly unlikely to be chosen by management to win the thing, a lot of eyes will still be on Kofi Kingston during the Andre the Giant memorial battle royal during Wrestlmeania 30. Curtis Axel
Since Ryback is on the shelf for a couple of weeks, it will be interesting to see what WWE does with Curtis Axel. There were already plans being discussed a couple of weeks ago to split up the tag team, so it should come as no surprise if management opted to use the injury as an excuse to accelerate those plans.
