A new face will be showing up in TNA soon. Kota Sekifuda is reportedly being sent to the United States by Big Japan Wrestling to gain some more experience. They somehow worked a deal with Dixie Carter to allow him to gain that experience through her promotion. Sekifuda is a rookie in the business, and he will more than likely work a couple of hardcore matches during his tenure because BJW is known for that style.

The next series of Impact Wrestling episodes being taped in May should be interesting ones. There are talks that Elijah Burke could be making his return to TNA during that point in time. He even teased it publicly on social media. Burke left the company more than two years ago and has remained active on the independent wrestling circuit. Despite being one of the best talkers in the business, WWE showed no interest in bringing him back on board.

While a lot has been changing within the company, one of the things that TNA will not be changing as of right now is their plans for pay per view events. Dixie Carter still believes that the best thing for business right now is to avoid going down that avenue for the time being because it simply is not profitable. The company will eventually want to get back into the pay per view business, but it will not do so until things have improved tremendously.

In a sign that she may be walking away from the business very soon, Gail Kim is reportedly working on a nightly contract with TNA. Apparently, she has not signed a new deal like the other performers have over the last few days. However, Gail is still committed to working for the company. She has signed on for the upcoming Impact Wrestling episodes in New York City. The former Knockouts champion is also working the England tour as well.

One of the worst kept secrets in the business over the last couple of weeks was the fact that Josh Mathews would be taking over as the voice of Impact Wrestling for Mike Tenay when TNA shifts their brand over to Destination America. Well, things have now been made official, as a press release was issued earlier today. Mathews basically thanked the company for the opportunity, and he said it was an honor to replace a legend like Tenay.
