In what seems to be an attempt to stay on good terms with the company in case he ever wants to do business with them again some day, Brutus Magnus has decided to clear the air on rumors about him leaving TNA. He stated that he never left them for GFW, as the promotion being launched by Jeff Jarrett is not in a position to offer anyone a long term contract. Magnus stated that he simply left the company because there wasn't enough money.

During a recent interview, Brutus Magnus revealed a rather interesting detail about his contract with TNA. He stated that there was some sort of clause in there that prevented the company from ever being able to release him. Magnus did not go into further details, but he stated that he left the company on very good terms, so a potential return down the line has not been ruled out by either side.

A lot of rumors surrounding his future in professional wrestling might need to be put to rest now that GFW has officially announced that Brutus Magnus has signed a contract and will be one of the top stars of their promotion. The hope is that the company can use his star power to promote in England and build a fan base in that country.
