It looks like the Briscoes are stuck in ROH. The two brothers went to WWE to see if they could get an offer, which they did. Mark Briscoe and Jay Briscoe allowed their current company the opportunity to negotiate. Ring of Honor gave them a higher offer because they desperately needed the two of them to stick around. The two then went back to World Wrestling Entertainment, but the company refused to budge on their original offer.

Apparently, WWE is still really bitter about the Young Bucks rejecting their offer last year. The brothers were asked to go in for a tryout because they had become one of the hottest acts on the independent wrestling circuit and internationally. However, Nick Jackson and Matt Jackson opted to remain free agents. Management is said to be furious because they are not used to performers not wanting to work for them.

A rather interesting omission from the upcoming tag team championship tournament in TNA is Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy. As of right now, the brothers have not been officially announced as entrants. From what we know, both guys are under contract to the promotion for at least another year, so that can be ruled out as a factor for their absence. Management could also be saving their announcement to build up the anticipation from the audience.

Those that watched Smackdown last night saw the return of Mark Henry. However, what might have been missed was a verbal jab at the Young Bucks while he was admonishing Roman Reigns for not showing respect to people. Henry also mentioned the fact that Reigns hasn't been anywhere, which many viewed as an attack on Nick Jackson and Matt Jackson. The brothers have bashed WWE for trying to take away the Bullet Club hand sign.

For quite some time now, rumors about the Briscoes signing with WWE have been floating around. The speculations are flying high once again. Reports have surfaced that the company has renewed their interest in signing Jay Briscoe and Mark Briscoe to a contract. The former is actually the current ROH Heavyweight Champion, so that would be quite a boost to the roster. Despite their talents, the brothers would still have to go through NXT.

It looks like the big rematch between the brothers might not happen at Wrestlemania after all. WWE changed up the script again, and it looks like Cody Rhodes will be in the ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship instead. Goldust has yet to be added, but there is a good chance that he will be because he teased a title chase on social media earlier in the week. Time constraint could be a possible reason for erasing the rematch.

Those of you that have been keeping up closely with the feud between the two brothers, a rematch at Wrestlemania between Cody Rhodes and Goldust is currently in the works. There are now talks that a special stipulation could be added to bring even further interest from the audience. Rumors are stating that WWE could have this become a retirement match. While he has denied it publicly, the older Rhodes brother is expected to retire.

While many people are under the impression that Dusty Rhodes is done with his latest televised stint with WWE, that may not necessarily be the case. There are talks that he could be brought back at Wrestlemania when the two brothers engage in their rematch. There are also talks going around of having Rhodes doing something with Sting, as the two real life friends share a very long and storied history together in the NWA and WCW.

The rise of the Young Bucks continues. The brothers successfully defeated ReDRagon at a recent New Japan event to become the new IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions. Nick Jackson and Matt Jackson were two of the five Bullet Club members that ended up with championship gold at the end of the night. There is a very good chance that they could bring the Japanese titles back to the United States to defend at indies shows.

While the company would love for The Rock to be a part of their hall of fame ceremony at Wrestlemania this year, WWE will have to settle for an alternative when it comes to inducting Rikishi. As of right now, management has Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso being the ones to induct their father. There is still a chance that the company could end up getting someone else from the famous Samoan family, but as of right now, the brothers make the most sense.
