Since the top of the roster is extremely thin right now, WWE has decided to take some measures to ensure that their live events numbers do not decline too severely. To do that, they have opened up the pocket book and signed Brock Lesnar for a couple of more shows. He has already been announced to work a non televised live event in Houston in January. That might be turned into a WWE Network special.

Hell in a Cell ending criticized

At the end of Hell in a Cell, the Wyatt Family came out and kidnapped the Undertaker after his match against Brock Lesnar. Jim Ross was critical of that finish. The legendary commentator felt that WWE missed an opportunity to elevate a younger performer by having him come out to try to save the heavily respected Undertaker. Ross also feels that JBL and Jerry Lawler should have made an attempt to help as well.

There are rumors floating around that Undertaker and Brock Lesnar went into business for themselves at Hell in a Cell. Some believe that the two of them purposely used blood without telling WWE officials. There may be some merit to this speculation since Undertaker and Lesnar have a ton of clout with the front office. They also care enough about their matches to go above and beyond in this manner.

Brock Lesnar at the Forum

On December 19th, WWE is doing a live event at the Forum in Inglewood. It will be the first time in two decades that the promotion has done a show at the venue. There is speculation that Brock Lesnar could be working that show, even though it is not television or pay per view. Some of the advertisement features Lesnar. There are also advertisement that does not feature Lesnar, so there is some confusion there.

Lesnar and Undertaker fined

Since WWE is very adamant against blood nowadays, there is a policy in place where performers get fined whenever they bleed during a match. Even though Undertaker and Brock Lesnar have a ton of backstage stroke in the company, the belief is that they will both be fined for their main event match at Hell in a Cell. Management has to set an example, so they cannot allow these two guys to get a pass.

WWE statement on blood

Those of you that watched the brutal match between Undertaker and Brock Lesnar at Hell in a Cell were witnesses to a good amount of blood being shed by the two warriors. Many were entertained to see that since it is rare nowadays. WWE issued a statement to let fans know that the bleeding was not intentional. Management stated that part of their safety protocol is to prevent performers from bleeding.

A good portion of the internet wrestling community hate that Brock Lesnar views the professional wrestling industry as a business. The former world heavyweight champion has no qualms about admitting that he is only in WWE because the money is good. Bubba Ray was recently asked during an interview if he had a problem with that. Much like other performers have said, he has no issues with Lesnar feeling that way.

Earlier in the month, WWE fans were excited to hear that Steve Austin was going to be showing up on an episode of Monday Night Raw. Even though management has been advertising his appearance, the former world heavyweight champion revealed on social media that he is not scheduled to be on television. He is only attending the event to film his podcast interview with Brock Lesnar.

Rumors have surfaced that there are those within WWE that are pushing management to set up a huge match between Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania. The former is set to be a free agent soon and has already stated that he is not in a rush to return to TNA. The latter needs a top level opponent to work against because his feud with the Undertaker has ran its course.

It is being said that he is going crazy backstage nowadays because WWE has seen a drop in their numbers. To combat this, the CEO is reaching into his pockets and bringing in the heavy hitters. Brock Lesnar and Undertaker are being added to several episodes of Monday Night Raw.
