As of right now, WWE still has The Rock penciled in for a big time match against Triple H at Wrestlemania. The reason why HHH is the opponent as opposed to someone like Brock Lesnar or even Seth Rollins is because management is really pushing to get Ronda Rousey to make an appearance at the pay per view. UFC won't allow her to wrestle, but they might be convinced to let her do an appearance at ringside.

When the beloved Paul Heyman was paired up with Antonio Cesaro, a lot of fans were under the impression that this was finally going to be the big push that the latter has been deserving. Despite the new contract signed by Brock Lesnar, the sports books are still listing Roman Reigns as the favorite to win the main event of Wrestlemania. Their belief is that WWE has already pulled the trigger on his superstar push, so they are just going to go through with it. The front office can always put the heavyweight championship belt back around the waist of Lesnar at a later date. Reigns is a -210 odd, while Lesnar is +160.

As expected, WWE is pushing hard for Brock Lesnar to sign a contract extension before his current deal expires. Management definitely does not want him to hit free agency because that means that a major bidding war will take place. UFC and Bellator are already said to be interested in bringing the former world heavyweight champion back into the world of mixed martial arts. Vince McMahon really wants his champion under a new contract before Wrestlemania.

While he is more than likely heading back to UFC, there is still a slight chance that Brock Lesnar sticks around and signs another contract with WWE because the money is simply too good to pass up for the amount of work that he is required to put in. The belief is that management would like to push Sheamus up to the point where a match against Lesnar could headline a pay per view such as Summerslam or the Survivor Series.

Things could be a bit different when Wade Barrett finally makes his return to WWE. He could be doing a face turn. Management is aware that his character is quite popular with the audience and internet fans, so capitalizing on that would be a good idea. Plus, the creative department is concerned about pushing him on the heel side because there a lot of guys being pushed. Barrett would need to pass Rusev, Brock Lesnar, Seth Rollins and Bray Wyatt.
