Brock Lesnar to IGF

While the internet wrestling community has been on the edge of their seats while keeping up with all the news surrounding Brock Lesnar, the legendary Antonio Inoki is listening just as intently. He still has plans on contacting the heavyweight champion to see what he wants to do after his contract with WWE expires. While Lesnar is unlikely to sign a long term deal, Inoki would love to pay him big bucks for a couple of matches in the summer.

Cena vs Lesnar vs Rollins

In one of the best matches in the history of the Royal Rumble, Brock Lesnar successfully retained the WWE Heavyweight Championship by pinning Seth Rollins after an F5. John Cena had been knocked out by a beautifully and masterfully executed Phoenix Splash from Rollins. Lesnar was made to look especially strong in the match because he came back to win after coming close to being stretched out because of a story line rib injury.

Brock Lesnar rematch

While he has yet to announce his return to UFC, company officials are already discussing potential matches for Brock Lesnar. Management is already leaning on a rubber match against the legendary Frank Mir. The first match was won by Mir, while Lesnar won the rematch. It would be a big draw for the promotion, and it would give everyone a sample of how well the former world heavyweight champion has recovered from his injuries.

Brock Lesnar wins Wrestler of the Year

In a rather controversial move, Pro Wrestling Illustrated has revealed who they have chosen to as the Wrestler of the Year. Despite only working a handful of matches, Brock Lesnar was given the highly regarded honor. For quite some time now, many within the internet wrestling community have long harbored resentment towards the former UFC champion because he only works a part time schedule. This award might not sit too well with them.
