For the longest time now, fans have been trained to view Smackdown as a secondary show. That is going to be temporarily changing soon. The belief is that Vince McMahon is going to load up the show with big matches for the first few months after they move to the USA Network. There is a very good chance that John Cena is going to have to work on that show more frequently than normal. Undertaker and Brock Lesnar might even make appearances.

While he has yet to announce his return to UFC, company officials are already discussing potential matches for Brock Lesnar. Management is already leaning on a rubber match against the legendary Frank Mir. The first match was won by Mir, while Lesnar won the rematch. In a rather controversial move, Pro Wrestling Illustrated has revealed who they have chosen to as the Wrestler of the Year. Despite only working a handful of matches, Brock Lesnar was given the highly regarded honor. For quite some time now, many within the internet wrestling community have long harbored resentment towards the former UFC champion because he only works a part time schedule. This award might not sit too well with them.
