During the seventh match at Wrestemania, Seth Rollins shocked the world by cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase after Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar pounded one another rather brutally for several minutes. Wrestemania betting odds

Last minute changes have been made by the sports book. Brock Lesnar is now favored to retain the heavyweight championship against Roman Reigns, and the reason for that is because he signed a new contract with WWE. Triple H is now favored to defeat Sting in his Wrestlemania debut match. No word on why those particular odds did a complete shift, but the theory floating around is that it is because so many were betting on the WCW legend.

Roman Reigns winning

Despite the new contract signed by Brock Lesnar, the sports books are still listing Roman Reigns as the favorite to win the main event of Wrestlemania. Their belief is that WWE has already pulled the trigger on his superstar push, so they are just going to go through with it. The front office can always put the heavyweight championship belt back around the waist of Lesnar at a later date. Reigns is a -210 odd, while Lesnar is +160.

Roman Reigns no chance

During the Thursday episode of Wrestlemania Today, Michael Cole made some comments about Roman Reigns not having a chance against Brock Lesnar. Since he said it a second time and did so more adamantly, the belief is that Vince McMahon or another WWE official was in his ears and instruction him to tear down Reigns verbally. That, in turn, has fueled the rumors about Lesnar being rewarded with an extended title reign.

There is now a really good chance that he does not get that opportunity because rumors have surfaced that Triple H has finally convinced Vince McMahon to let Brock Lesnar retain the heavyweight championship. The widespread feeling is that giving the belt to Reigns will actually hurt him in the long run because the fans are so against it right now.

Brock Lesnar salary

With everyone being curious as to what WWE is paying Brock Lesnar, reports have surfaced that his contract is worth $3 million a year for three years. If that were the case, then the world heavyweight champion might actually be taking a pay cut. Lesnar was rumored to be making $5 million this past year. The amount is still a great deal for the former UFC star, though, as he is going to continue working a part time schedule, showing up only sporadically.
