Brock Lesnar sells out

There is a reason why Brock Lesnar has been paid the big bucks by WWE and UFC over the years. He simply is a master of generating interest in a product through the use of his ridiculous athleticism and power. Shortly after the company announced that he would be doing a live appearance in Japan, the event has now been sold out. Fans in Tokyo flocked to get tickets because it is rare that they get to see Lesnar wrestle in person.

Brock Lesnar at UFC 184

Ronda Rousey headlined a UFC card in Las Vegas last night. She created quite a buzz by beating her opponent in a record 14 seconds. That generated quite a bit of attention for her on social media. Some of that attention, however, was stolen by Brock Lesnar, who made a surprising appearance in the audience. Dressed in a nice suit, the WWE Heavyweight Champion sat right behind Dana White, which of course led to speculations.

Brock Lesnar issues

Apparently, something new is brewing backstage in WWE. Brock Lesnar was in attendance for Monday Night Raw in Nashville, but management opted not to use him. That is considered quite strange as he only has a limited amount of appearances that he is required to make on his contract. The company would not waste those opportunities. Reports have surfaced that something is going on between Lesnar and management that caused him to not be used.

Brock Lesnar pulled

Since he is one of the highest paid performers in the company, WWE is still very selective about when they utilize Brock Lesnar on television. Initially, there were plans to have him showing up on Smackdown this week to provide that show with a bit of a boost. However, the snow storm changed up a lot of plans in the company. Management reportedly has now opted to remove Lesnar from the show and save his appearance for a later time.
