For more than two decades now, Bret Hart has been dealing with the pain of a hand injury. It had gotten to the point recently where there was a big lump near his wrist and it made it really difficult for the former world heavyweight champion to bend his wrist. Hart had enough of the injury so he opted to have surgery to repair the damage. The WWE legend should have a full recovery soon.

When asked about the controversial segment between Charlotte and Paige recently, Bret Hart was very critical of WWE. He felt that it was wrong for the creative department to bring up the late Reid Flair. Hart said that he sympathizes with Ric Flair for being subjected to something so personal. Bret also noted that management did not do a story line whenever Jerry Lawler recently lost his brother.

The history books were changed when Kevin Nash and Scott Hall left WWE for WCW. New details from that chapter have been revealed. During a podcast interview with Steve Austin, Hall revealed that one of the reasons why Nash was willing to leave the promotion was because management sided with Bret Hart in his decision to refuse to take the power bomb finisher. Nash felt that management did not have enough respect for him.

During a recent interview, Bret Hart was asked about performers that helped him when he was moving up the ladder in WWE. He listed Roddy Piper as someone that was of tremendous help to him. More interestingly, though, he made it a point to list Jake Roberts as someone that did not bother to help, even when the opportunity presented itself for Roberts to help Hart become a star.

Hart accuses Hogan

Not being one to keep his opinions to himself, Bret Hart recently revealed his feelings towards Hulk Hogan. Hart stated that he doesn't remember Hogan being a racist when the two of them worked together, but he also feels that Hogan should stay away from WWE permanently. Hart then accuses Hogan of being happy that Roddy Piper died because it took a lot of the attention away from the racial controversy.

In fact, Hart seemed extremely proud of the former world heavyweight champion for doing that because he feels that Punk stood up for every performer backstage by willingly leaving in order to stand up for what he believes in.

Life has been going pretty well for Kevin Owens lately. Not only has he made a rapid rise in WWE, he is also receiving praise from performers that he worshiped as a youth. Recently, Bret Hart stated that Owens was his favorite current performer. He loves how the big man is able to move in the ring. As some of you may already know, Owens is a big fan of the Hart family. He even named himself after Owen Hart.

However, he feels that the material will not be as good as it should be because he thinks that WWE is making sure that they do not offend Martha Hart with the content. Bret feels that if the company is holding back, then they are not producing the best biography that they possibly can.

Bret wants Owen induction

Great news for fans that want to see Owen Hart being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Bret Hart recently came out and said that he wants to see his younger brother being given the honors at the next Wrestlemania in Dallas. Bret even went as far as saying that he will refuse to attend another induction ceremony if it does not take place. He did state, however, that he would attend if he and Jim Neidhart were inducted as a team.

Miz on Tough Enough

When Hulk Hogan was forced to vacate his position as a judge on Tough Enough, fans excitedly speculated on which legend was going to be replacing him. Ric Flair and Bret Hart were the two names that were mentioned the most. However, WWE opted to go in a different direction by simply using Miz in the role. He is a great talker, so he should be able to handle the job just fine.
