While doing a podcast interview with Chris Jericho, Booker T revealed that Sid Vicious was the one that brought he and his brother, Stevie Ray, to WCW. Vicious told them that he wanted to transition to the front office so he recruited them to show management that he had an eye for talent. Sid even allowed Harlem Heat to stay at his apartment for the first three months that they were with World Championship Wrestling.

Showing how adept he is with public relations, he quickly dismissed the question by noting that The Rock and Booker T have already accomplished that. If WWE wanted to add a dose of nostalgia to the next Wrestlemania, then they should consider the idea that Booker T mentioned during a recent interview. Citing that Stevie Ray is still physically ready, the former world heavyweight champion suggested that they do a match between Harlem Heat and the Dudley Boyz. A match of that magnitude would add even more appeal to the pay per view.

In a sign that he will not need WWE for the rest of his life, Booker T is making huge strides with his independent wrestling promotion. The former world heavyweight champion recently secured a deal to move his company into a 21,000 square feet facility, which is being called the Reality of Wrestling World Headquarters. Booker will be using the place to film his shows and train his performers.

He just announced that his Reality of Wrestling promotion has just signed a deal with the CW, the network that used to air Smackdown a couple of years ago. Booker revealed that the show will air weekly on Sunday mornings in Houston and the surrounding areas.

The former world heavyweight champion playfully mocked Hogan online by referencing an old Booker T interview and the much maligned Bill Cosby, another 80s icon.
