In a really ugly day for professional wrestling, Bram becomes the latest performer to be arrested. He was booked and charged with domestic battery by strangulation and false imprisonment. The victim identified herself as his girlfriend. Many immediately assumed that it was Charlotte that was involved, as she had previously been in a relationship with the TNA star. The WWE diva divorced him not too long ago.

Since WWE treats the live event at Madison Square Garden as a pay per view, rumors surfaced that management had signed Jushin Liger to work the show. While he has indeed signed on to work more dates for the promotion, he will not be in New York City that night. The legend from Japan has already been booked on that date in England, where he will face AJ Styles in a dream match.

Even though he is no longer with WWE, Mason Ryan still has a lot of passion for professional wrestling. He recently did a ridiculous stretch where he wrestled more than 30 times in a span of 3 weeks. Ryan worked 10 shows during a 6 day stretch. Plus, he even worked 3 shows in the same day. The fact that he is being booked this much means that he has enough name value to draw in promoters and fans.

When word broke out earlier in the day that Daniel Bryan was going to be showing up on Monday Night Raw, there was a lot of speculations from the internet wrestling community that he was going to be announcing his retirement. That is not the case. Instead, the former world heavyweight champion is being allowed by WWE to promote his book as a guest on the Miz talk show.

There is some concern within the internet wrestling community after hearing recent comments from Daniel Bryan. The fear is that he is going to be leaving WWE if management does not clear him to wrestle. Bryan would have absolutely no problems with being booked on the independent wrestling circuit, as promoters would probably hand over blank checks to the former world champion.

Many within WWE feel that he is quite popular with the younger demographic. That is a reason why management opted to put him in the new adult themed cartoon that the company is currently producing.
