While doing a podcast interview show with Chris Jericho, Luke Harper revealed something very interesting about his personal life. Prior to being signed to a developmental contract with WWE, he was working on the independent wrestling scene. Since he needed to supplement his money, Harper also worked as a librarian for the city. He stated that he was in charge of keeping up with the text books.

Since the top of the roster is extremely thin right now, WWE has decided to take some measures to ensure that their live events numbers do not decline too severely. To do that, they have opened up the pocket book and signed Brock Lesnar for a couple of more shows. He has already been announced to work a non televised live event in Houston in January. That might be turned into a WWE Network special.

One of the problems with Alberto Del Rio returning to WWE is that it left AAA in the cold. The promotion is aware that the former world heavyweight champion is booked for an upcoming tour of Europe and is scheduled for Monday Night Raw and Smackdown. However, they need him to return at least for a night, so that Del Rio can drop the AAA Mega Championship to another performer.

Since he is injured, Randy Orton has been removed from the upcoming WWE tour of Europe. Management had already advertised Orton as being part of the show, so they felt the need to make it up to fans who had already purchased tickets. To do that, the front office booked Alberto Del Rio as a replacement. Del Rio recently returned to World Wrestling Entertainment and is viewed as an international star.

Hogan stated that he would love to play a bad guy.

Some interesting details have surfaced about the recent tour that WWE did in Mexico. Promoters in that country were apparently unhappy with the company because they did not book a show that was up to the standards that they had promised. Fearing that they would lose out on a lucrative market, management desperately called Undertaker to see if he would work a couple of live events. That was their way of appeasing the foreign promoters.

In a sign that she is preparing for life after WWE some day, Lana recently revealed through social media that she has started working on several writing projects. A movie script and a television pilot are being written, in case Hollywood comes calling some day. She also noted that she was writing a book and potentially a comic book, a door which was recently opened when CM Punk transitioned from being a wrestler to working for Marvel.

Through social media, Davey Boy Smith Jr revealed that he now owns the rights to the British Bulldog name that his father made famous decades ago. He stated that he will be utilizing the moniker from here on out. Smith has found a good amount of success in New Japan after being discarded by WWE. Having rights to the name might enable him to get booked even more frequently in other territories.
