The former stated that the latter was a bit biased whenever he was still working as a full time in ring performer. However, now that he is booking performers that he does not consider peers, HHH is able to be more objective. It also helps that he's also a high ranking executive in World Wrestling Entertainment, so he's going to do what is best for business.

Kurt Angle not retiring

While he is no longer wrestling for TNA, Kurt Angle is not done in the ring. The former world heavyweight champion has signed on to wrestle Rey Mysterio at a show in Phoenix, Arizona on March 20. Interestingly enough, former WWE stars Ken Shamrock and Dan Severn are booked to do an MMA fight that night as well. In addition to those two genres, there will also be a boxing match featuring Roy Jones Jr fighting a fan.

Nakamura final show tickets

Since New Japan had short notice about Shinsuke Nakamura leaving the country to become a star with WWE, they were not able to book a bigger venue for his final match with the promotion. After 13 years of being a star there, there was a high demand from fans that wanted to say goodbye to Nakamura. That meant that scalpers were charging a whole lot more than the face value. Shinsuke signed a two year deal with World Wrestling Entertainment.

Nakamura vs Zayn

Since WWE wanted his debut to be a big deal, Shinsuke Nakamura has now been booked for a big match against Sami Zayn, an experienced performer that had spent years honing his craft in ROH. The two of them will be battling it out at a special NXT event in Dallas during Wrestlemania 32 weekend. Triple H wants to keep the momentum rolling for the developmental brand, so expect Nakamura and Zayn to be given plenty of time to work.

While chatting with Jim Ross on the Ross Report, Steve Austin confirmed that he was indeed going to be at Wrestlemania 32. The former world heavyweight champion also revealed that WWE has already started writing a segment for him, but he obviously cannot reveal anything at this point in time. Austin previously stated that he was not booked to be at the pay per view whatsoever.

Earlier in the week, John Cena revealed that he underwent shoulder surgery and should be out of action for quite some time. The former WWE Heavyweight Champion was originally booked for the upcoming tour of India. Since management did not want to disappoint fans that already purchased tickets, they decided to add Roman Reigns to the tour. The country is a highly desirable marketing for World Wrestling Entertainment.

When Davey Richards took to social media to let promoters know that he and Eddie Edwards were not available to accept bookings after May 1, it sparked a ton of rumors about what the Wolves were going to be doing. While some believe that they might have restructured their contract with TNA, others believe that they have finally made up with WWE and will be joining the NXT brand in the very near future.

Since she has not worked a televised match in a while, rumors started floating around that Sasha Banks had an undisclosed injury. The WWE diva decided to respond to those allegations personally. Through social media, Sasha bemoaned the existence of such rumors, which implies that she is healthy enough to work matches. No word yet on when Banks will be booked for another television match.

There are rumors floating around that James Storm was booked to make an appearance on the first episode of Impact Wrestling to air on POP TV. However, the former world heavyweight champion denied that through social media. Storm is apparently meeting with TNA officials to see if a new contract can be signed. James never received a favorable deal with WWE to perform on NXT.
