Bill DeMott on Tough Enough

The controversy surrounding Bill DeMott is causing some headaches for WWE. The allegations have now thrown a wrench into their plans for the upcoming season of Tough Enough. In the past, they were able to showcase the intensity and roughness of DeMott as a trainer, but since he is being accused of being a bully by several former developmental wrestlers, management is understandably hesitant to put that on display on national television.

Bray Wyatt vs Undertaker

Win or lose, Bray Wyatt is going to come out of the match with Undertaker looking like a much bigger star than before. For the last couple of years, WWE has only had the top level guys working with the legendary performer at Wrestlemania. However, management is having trouble deciding on who would win the match. A loss for Wyatt might seem like a step back to some fans because he also lost last year to John Cena the previous year.

Mike Tenay to GFW

While he would never publicly acknowledge his interest until he is contractually able to do so, the belief is that Mike Tenay would be very interested in joining Jeff Jarrett in GFW. The promotion still needs a lead commentator for when they start doing televised events. Some are under the belief that Tenay is not completely happy in TNA because he is now a producer instead of a commentator. Tenay was replaced by Josh Mathews this year.

Dolph Ziggler porn offer

A rather interesting offer was made to Dolph Ziggler recently. A porn company asked him if they could produce some branded wrestling tights for him to wear on Monday Night Raw and Smackdown. Brazzers wanted to be the official sponsor of the former world heavyweight champion. Of course, this is simply a marketing ploy by someone that is very adept at social media marketing because WWE would never allow such a thing to happen.

CM Punk hate

Expect the hate towards CM Punk to grow a little bit this week, as several UFC fighters were released from their contract with the promotion. The company traditionally goes through the roster and eliminates guys that they feel are not useful at the moment. A lot of fans and some of the fighters will be resentful towards Punk for being given one of the spots despite having a lot less experience. Dana White signed Punk because he can draw in fans.

AJ Lee backs off

Earlier in the year, AJ Lee sparked quite the controversy when she called out Stephanie McMahon about how WWE was treating the divas not as equally as the male performers. During a recent interview with Mark Madden, the former Divas Champion appeared to ease back quite a bit on her claims. AJ stated that the girls were paid fairly, and she also noted how merchandise percentage is the same for the girls as it is for the guys.
