It looks like Bobby Lashley will continue to have multiple avenues of income for at least another year. News coming out of Bellator is that a new contract has been reached. The promotion has been pretty pleased with the results that Lashley has been producing. He has fought twice for them and won both match. In terms of his career, the former world heavyweight champion has won 10 of 12 matches due to stoppage.

The latest news coming out of the TNA front office is that the company has managed to secure a new contract with one of their top performers. Bobby Lashley has signed a new deal that will see him remain with the promotion for at least another year. The former world heavyweight champion is said to be quite appreciative of the support that Dixie Carter has provided him while he pursues a career in mixed martial arts.

Bobby Lashley quitting MMA

Since he seems a bit more focused on his professional wrestling career as of late, there have been rumors about Bobby Lashley quitting his MMA career. That simply is not the case. The world heavyweight champion a radio host in England that his intention is to continue fighting, and a new contract with Bellator is being discussed. Lashley also stated that he wants to make sure that he can still continue working for TNA as well.

Bobby Lashley fighting Brock Lesnar

During a recent interview, Bobby Lashley was asked about a potential fight with Brock Lesnar. Bellator officials have already stated that they are going to heavily pursue Lesnar when his contract with WWE expires next spring. If they are successfully able to outbid UFC, then a potential match between Lesnar and Lashley could take place. When asked who would win, Lashley stated that he would not take the fight if he did not feel that he had a chance to win.
