One of the most beloved commentators in professional wrestling might be back with a big promotion in a couple of months. Jim Ross has been openly lobbying to work with New Japan in their efforts to spread into the United States. Ross specifically mentioned the big January 4 pay per view as an opportunity for the two sides to get together. If a deal is agreed upon, he would fly to Tokyo to call the action in English.

Jeff Jarrett
Looks like Jeff Jarrett has made a major stride in the formation of Global Force Wrestling. It has now been announced that the promotion will be doing a pay per view on January 4, 2015. Since he has a business relationship with New Japan, and they do their biggest pay per view event on that day, there are speculations that Jarrett could be promoting that show as a GFW branded event in the United States.

Kenta Kobayashi
Reports have surfaced that Prince Devitt and Kenta Kobayashi are going to be promoted to the main roster very soon. The two of them are established international stars, and management is not going to have them languishing in the developmental program. WWE knows that the promotion might upset some of the guys that have been in WWE NXT for a while, but it is a move that they want to do.

Rob Van Dam
While it is something that a lot of fans had assumed was going to happen anyways, Rob Van Dam recently revealed that he will return to WWE again some day. He stated that he has earned the right to dictate his own schedule and will go back whenever he is ready. RVD also stated that he will not work for another wrestling promotion until he returns to WWE.
September 28, 2014
Chavo Guerrero
As some of you already know, Chavo Guerrero is key backstage figure in that new Lucha Underground promotion that was recently launched. He is already receiving criticism for his work, as many people feel that the company is making a mistake by having high flying and quick paced performers slowing down to a manner similar to what WWE uses.
September 27, 2014
Dixie Carter
Generally, when you run a nationally known wrestling promotion, you try to lock down your performers to prevent them from being hurt elsewhere. TNA was doing that for a while, but Dixie Carter had to make some changes, in order to keep her company afloat. Performers are now given a bit more freedom to work on the independent wrestling circuit to compensate for the lower paying contracts.
September 26, 2014
Eric Bischoff
Rumors have spread like wildfire about the possibility of Eric Bischoff joining Jeff Jarrett in his new Global Force Wrestling promotion. The speculations were started when a picture surfaced online of the two of them, along with Karen Jarrett, hanging out together. Since Bischoff has some stroke in Hollywood, a partnership between the two sides could greatly benefit GFW.
September 21, 2014
Damien Sandow
If you watched WWE NXT Takeover last night, you know that Tyler Breeze failed to win the heavyweight championship. However, management might have something better for him. Reports have surfaced that Breeze is on the verge of being given a promotion to the main roster, where the cocky character will be joining the entourage of the Miz, which already features Damien Sandow.
September 12, 2014
Alberto Del Rio
Showing that there is life after WWE, Alberto Del Rio has announced that he will be doing a small world tour in the upcoming weeks. The former world heavyweight champion, who was recently given his release from WWE after a backstage incident, will be working shows in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Puerto Rico and Japan. The initial belief was that WWE would prevent Del Rio from working for another promotion for the next year.
September 4, 2014
Jim Ross
There is a pay per view coming up in October called BattleGrounds MMA. Any wrestling fan watching the event will recognize a familiar voice calling the action. The promotion has signed up legendary WWE commentator Jim Ross for the show. He will be joined by recently retired UFC star Chael Sonnen for the event, which is taking place in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
September 4, 2014
Evan Bourne
It is no secret that Evan Bourne wants to work for a major wrestling promotion after being given a release from WWE. However, it is not happening in Mexico. The high flyer reportedly turned down a contract offer from AAA. There are rumors that his younger brother was offered a deal as well. The belief is that Bourne feels that the contract is too restrictive and not financially rewarding enough.
September 3, 2014
Ashley Flair
There are rumors floating around that a title change could be taking place in WWE NXT very soon. Bayley might be given the women's title during the middle part of September. Reports are floating around that Ashley Flair is on the verge of being given a promotion to the main roster in about a month, so she would need to drop the belt to someone else in developmental.
August 28, 2014
Alberto Del Rio
The hot rumors right now is that WWE is going to prevent Alberto Del Rio from working for another wrestling promotion in the United States for the next year. In exchange, the company will continue to pay him, even though he has been given a release. That has led fans to speculate as to how much money he will be given. The belief is that it will not be the full amount of the contract, as he will not be paid for working live events.
August 21, 2014
Alberto Del Rio
Everyone in the industry now knows that Alberto Del Rio and Rey Mysterio made appearances for AAA at the TripleMania pay per view. The belief is that WWE will be pursuing legal actions against the promotion, as management has been very quiet backstage about the incident. That has led many to believe that lawyers have advised them not to discuss the situation.
August 19, 2014
Brock Lesnar
It will be interesting to see how WWE handles the promotion of the world heavyweight championship over the next few weeks. Brock Lesnar is not scheduled to be back on television for approximately a month. John Cena, who is returning next week, is expected to get his rematch story line. Paul Heyman is great at what he does, but management will be curious to see how the audience reacts to a missing champion.
August 19, 2014
Rey Mysterio
When TripleMania ended, fans in attendance were treated to a video of Rey Mysterio. The masked legend informed the audience that he would be back in AAA very soon. Unfortunately, though, part of that video was accidentally aired to people who purchased the pay per view. Since that happened, there is now a chance that WWE could pursue legal actions against the promotion.
August 18, 2014
Konnan
As many are already aware, Konnan has been having issues with his hips over the last couple of years. It's the reason why he has been forced to stay away from the ring. The former WCW star revealed that he wants one final match after his next surgery. Since he is involved with AAA, the belief is that his match will be held for that promotion. No word yet on who he wants as his final opponent.
August 18, 2014
Rey Mysterio
While the company was hoping that the legendary masked performer would make an appearance at TripleMania on Sunday, AAA is reportedly backing away from Rey Mysterio. The promotion does not want to be involved in a contract tampering lawsuit with WWE. As of right now, there is a bit of a dispute between Mysterio and Vince McMahon on their deal. Until that is cleared, AAA will not be contacting Mysterio.
August 16, 2014
Alberto Del Rio
It looks like Alberto Del Rio will not be joining TNA or Global Force Wrestling after all. During a media appearance, the former world heavyweight champion revealed that he cannot wrestle in the United States for approximately a year. The belief is that he breached his contract with WWE when the backstage incident took place. That reportedly enables the company to ban him from working for another wrestling promotion.
August 16, 2014
Kevin Steen
While online fans are quite aware that Kevin Steen was one of the best performers on the independent wrestling circuit over the last couple of years, WWE is not treating him any more special than other performers that they have in the developmental program. Management views him as just another wrestler, and they're going to keep pushing for him to lose weight before giving him much of a chance at a promotion.
August 13, 2014
Bo Dallas
While management has seemingly given up on the Bo Dallas push, they do not appear to be in a rush to give him a release just yet. The belief is that WWE will keep him around for the time being and utilize him as a roster filler. Dallas is considered a good employee who shows up to work and does not cause trouble backstage. Another push seems to be out of the question, though.
August 18, 2014
Bo Dallas
Rumors have surfaced that Vince McMahon and company have given up on Bo Dallas. They do not view him as someone that will be a major asset to WWE. With his push being derailed on television, these rumors appear to lean closer to fact than fiction. Dallas had his push taken away almost immediately the last time he was on the main roster, so there are those that believe that this might be his final chance.
August 15, 2014
Bo Dallas
Despite proving himself to be a valuable commodity on the international circuit for WWE, talks of promoting Sami Zayn to the main roster have died down tremendously as of late. With Bo Dallas and Adam Rose struggling to gain a connection with the audience, the belief is that management is hesitant to bring another person up from developmental at this time.
August 2, 2014
R Truth
When Bo Dallas was defeated by R Truth on Monday Night Raw this week, more than a few eyebrows were raised because the streak was ended in such an irrelevant manner. Rumors are floating around now that WWE opted to do this because they did not want to have another streak in the company now that Brock Lesnar has made his return. Management wants the streak emphasis to be on Lesnar beating Undertaker at Wrestlemania 30.
July 30, 2014
Sarah Backman
Earlier this week, it was revealed that Bo Dallas had gotten married. Now, the identity of the bride has been discovered. It's Sarah Backman, a former WWE developmental diva. She's more known to the world as one of the top female arm wrestlers of all time. Sarah requested her release from the company a couple of months back after having quite the lackluster tenure in the developmental program.
June 28, 2014
Barry Windham
A lot of positive things are happening for Bo Dallas as of late. In addition to finally being called back up to the main roster by WWE, he also recently got married. It's interesting to note that he did not take any time off of television for the ceremony. The belief is that several of his famous relatives, such as Bray Wyatt, Barry Windham and Mike Rotunda, were on hand for the event.
June 27, 2014
Titus ONeil
Those that watch Monday Night Raw and Smackdown are already aware that Damien Sandow is being buried by WWE. The company also decided to humiliate him a bit over the weekend at a live event in Hamilton. He was booked in three quick losses to Titus ONeil, Bo Dallas and Adam Rose within a span of a couple of minutes.
June 15, 2014
Vince McMahon
It looks like the Bo Dallas push in WWE could be coming to an end soon. While he still has some supporters in the creative department, especially those who are amused by the gimmick, it is being said that Vince McMahon himself is not a fan. Rumors have it that McMahon was the one that quickly pulled the plug on his first stint on the main roster, so it would not come as a surprise if he decided to halt the push soon.
June 12, 2014
Bo Dallas
After weeks and weeks of seeing his vignette on Monday Night Raw and Smackdown, Bo Dallas was penciled in to make his return to television this week, but WWE has now opted to delay the move. Instead of showing up on the next episode of Smackdown, Dallas will be coming back to the main roster on the following week. No word on who he will be feuding with yet.
May 13, 2014
Bo Dallas
While the company has been airing vignettes of his impending return to the main roster, it looks like WWE is going to be holding Bo Dallas off until the end of May. Aside from the company wanting to build up the anticipation a bit more, management also has yet to come up with a really good way to reintroduce him to their audience.
April 26, 2014
Bo Dallas
A video that teases the return of Bo Dallas to the main roster. WWE has been playing this on Monday Night Raw and Smackdown to get fans hyped up again for the WWE NXT star.
April 17, 2014
Bray Wyatt
In a sign of how much the company is vested into the character, Bray Wyatt is not allowed to do any media interviews. The Hernando Times in Florida did a feature article on Mike Rotunda, Blackjack Mulligan, Barry Windham and the family. It was revealed that WWE would not grant Bray Wyatt permission to be involved in the piece, but Bo Dallas was allowed to give quotes.
April 14, 2014
Sami Zayn
Even though WWE is bringing up Bo Dallas, Alexander Rusev, Adam Rose and Paige, there are still plans from management to move Sami Zayn from the WWE NXT roster to the main one. There were talks that he was going to be kept in developmental, so that the program can have some depth and star power, but it looks like WWE is going all in now.
April 11, 2014
Bo Dallas
A video teasing the return of Bo Dallas to the main roster. WWE attempted to bring him up once, but they quickly changed their mind and sent him back down to developmental for further training. WWE will be using the "Bo-lieve" gimmick that he helped him gain a following down in WWE NXT.
April 10, 2014
CM Punk
In a move that many people had been expecting for quite some time now, Bo Dallas has been called back up to the main roster by WWE. His last stint was rather uneventful, and he was sent back down to developmental. Dallas was the WWE NXT guy that CM Punk was heavily pushing to management before he walked out of the company a few weeks back.
April 9, 2014
Bo Dallas
For the last few weeks, there have been talks about finding a way to get WWE NXT featured at Wrestlemania 30, and it looks like the Andre the Giant memorial battle royal is the solution. Management can now throw a couple of the developmental performers on the show. Guys like Adrian Neville, Sami Zayn, Bo Dallas and Mojo Rowley have very good chances of being chosen.
March 12, 2014
Batista
There was a WWE NXT taping this week, and fans at the event voiced their displeasure with Batista, even though the performer was not on location. They cheered on Mason Ryan, stating that he was better than Batista. Then, they mocked Bo Dallas, chanting that he was worse than Batista. This should help expedite that heel turn a bit.
March 1, 2014
Adrian Neville
The belief this week was that Shawn Michaels had completely pulled out of the big WWE NXT show, but it turns out that he simply did not want to be a part of the panel and opted for a much lesser role. The former world heavyweight champion ended up introducing the main event match between Bo Dallas and Adrian Neville instead.
March 1, 2014
Adrian Neville
After Adrian Neville defeated Bo Dallas to capture the WWE NXT Championship on the WWE Network last night, he and the audience received a bit of a surprise. John Cena, the centerpiece of the company, made an appearance after television cameras went offline, and gave his seal of approval and a congratulations to Neville on becoming the new champion.
February 28, 2014
CM Punk
It was discovered earlier in the month that CM Punk was a big supporter of Bo Dallas and that he was the one that was trying to convince WWE to bring him back up from developmental to the main roster. With Punk gone, some are speculating that management is no longer viewing Dallas as a priority on the call up list. He was not utilized on the latest tour.
