WrestlingRevealed.com has learned that WWE will be giving the wrestlers the weekend off this week.

It’s good timing for the wrestlers since this is a pretty eventful weekend. Brock Lesnar will be making his UFC debut on Saturday night. The Super Bowl is on Sunday afternoon.

The Raw wrestlers get back to work on Monday, and it’ll be double duty. With the crew flying over to Japan for a few shows in a few days, WWE will be taping two episodes of Monday Night Raw this week in Austin, Texas.

There were talks of taping Monday Night Raw in Japan, but the cost associated with that was not something management wanted to deal with.
