WrestlingRevealed.com has learned that the Boston Globe has published an interesting article on Rey Mysterio, Layla El, and CM Punk.
The WWE trio sat down for an interview during a promotional appearance. Here’s a few highlights from the article:
On dancing:
“Having rhythm doesn’t mean you can dance. I’ve been in bands my entire life. That’s where the rhythm comes from.” - CM PunkOn why Layla carries two phones:
“One of them is for boys and one of them is for boys no one is supposed to know about.” - CM PunkOn his status:
“Just alone. Dating’s overrated.” - CM PunkOn dating:
“It’s just hard to meet people. Most of my time is at work. I can’t date people at work. Since I moved to L.A., I haven’t been on a date. That was seven or eight months ago. I’m a young, successful woman. Maybe I’m intimidated.” - Layla ElOn Layla’s grammar error:
“You mean intimidating?”‘ - CM Punk
The three then have a quick discussion on Michael Vick, who was recently sentenced to 23 months in prison for running a dogfighting and gambling ring. CM Punk and Layla El feels that he wasn’t punished harshly enough, while Rey Mysterio feels that he should have been given more of a chance.
CM Punk comes off really personable in this interview.
