WrestlingRevealed.com has learned that TNA and UFC have reached an agreement on a marketing deal.
TNA will be involved in promoting the upcoming UFC fight featuring Brock Lesnar. The deal makes quite a bit of sense in that a lot of TNA’s fan base will be curious about seeing Brock Lesnar in a UFC match. That should help spark some additional pay per view buys for UFC.
No word yet on what TNA will be receiving from this deal. UFC might be hesitant to promote professional wrestling since they want to separate themselves from it. TNA could just be receiving cash for the deal.
Kind of interesting that UFC didn’t reach a deal with WWE. That would definitely give them a boost in pay per view buys, especially considering Brock Lesnar was a former WWE champion.
