Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe

WrestlingRevealed.com has learned that Samoa Joe’s contract with TNA is expiring soon.

In June of 2005, Samoa Joe signed a 3 year deal with TNA. That means that his contract is set to expire in June of this year. As of right now, Samoa Joe has yet to agree to a contract extension with the company.

There are now talks that TNA is seriously considering putting the TNA World Heavyweight Championship on Samoa Joe within the next few weeks.

Sources state that Samoa Joe may be willing to leave TNA for WWE if the offer was right. However, that might not be the best career move for Samoa Joe because he doesn’t exactly fit the WWE criteria for a main event push.

Samoa Joe

WrestlingRevealed.com has learned that there’s a large amount of people who believe that the tension between Samoa Joe and Kevin Nash is just a work.

The conflict from the two stems from a shoot promo that Samoa Joe gave at the Turning Point pay per view after Scott Hall failed to show up for work. Reports state that Kevin Nash was quite upset with the promo.

With all of the things in place, it wouldn’t be a complete surprise if this was a work to create a bit of a buzz.

Kevin Nash and Vince Russo were reportedly involved in several worked shoots in WCW. They both know the value of a worked shoot in creating a buzz. Plus, it’s hard to imagine Kevin Nash being so upset about the promo that it would lead to a shoving match backstage. He knows how Scott Hall is, and he knows that Samoa Joe’s comments weren’t unwarranted.
